Hello to all first i really appreciate the concept of travel triangle for the comparison of quotes from three diffrent local agents so that one can easily decide about the whole trip. than i recieved a quotes from Milli Tours & travels one of the three options nd calls from Ms Heena.. package made by ms. Heena looks impressive in first attempt.. than she made some minor changes acoording to my requirements..and finally i booked it. then i went srinagar on 10th march nd met our Cab Driver Mr. Abid..he was such a nice and soft spoken person..he was with us and guide us also for the whole trip.. information given by him was so accurate and true..first i didin't believe him bt as time goes i really shocked to see his affection towards his work.. we'd infant baby with us.Abid took care of her also.. all hotels booked by Ms heena was good although had some minor issues..bt she made good efforts for that to b fixed..and also upgrade us in PAHALGAM HOtel.. Overall Me and my better half enjoyed a loooot and surely recommend Milli groups to my friends and family..great work guys Keep it up..Cheeeers Kaashmir..a truely paradise on earth

Hello Travel Triangle Team, Please find my feedback regarding My Kashmir Honey Moon trip on February, 2015. First and Foremost i would like to thank Travel Triangle Agents who all involved in providing me the best quotes from different travel agencies. Notable one was the emails and follow-up calls from Mr.Akarsh . Regarding the Quote and arrangements done by Milli Group Of Tour & Travels , it is simply impressive. My Special thanks to Sr. Tour Executive of Milli travels , MS. HEENA LONE. The Quotes received from Heena were a pretty planned and her efforts for modifying the quote & arrangements were impressive. Infact i have made modifications on the Hotels /Resorts with my research and made alterations in itineraries. She had suggested the best itinerary as per my travel plan which made the trip more enjoyable. I have to mention about our Cab Driver & guide : - Mr. Abid . My special thanks to him for being with us throughout the trip and took care of almost everything. The best driver indeed for honeymoon trips as we felt very comfortable right from day one. Hotels and activities : Heevan Resorts at Gulmarg - The best place to stay in Gulmarg. The stay and food were at class and all the executives are very co-operative throughout our stay. Hotel Hill top at Pahalgam - Hill top hotel was not upto the mark on that particular day due to their renovation works. Centralized room heater was in problem which screwed the stay. Dinner was also not upto the mark. Mr. Bilal was co-operative but the stay wasn't pleasant as expected. Deluxe Houseboat at Srinagar - The stay at houseboat was a good experience and food was good. Both the Personnels at house boat were very co-operative and gave a warm experience. Gondala, Skiing , other miscellaneous activities at Gulmarg, Pony Ride at Pahalgham was at class, incomparable. Unable to cover Aru and Chandanwari due to high snow & risk factors as advised by Milli agents . Also Muhal Gardens was missed due to out of season and time factor. Site Seeing and travel was at our convenience and credit goes to Abid completely. It was mentioned as Indica but Milli travels provided Innova throughout our trip which was so comfortable for us. Overall I have enjoyed the trip and for a honeymoon couple , it was a well organized , memorable & fascinating trip. And this needs a good appreciation to Milli tours and travels for the best package and a great appreciation towards Ms. Heena for making everything the best with her efforts. I will strongly recommend Milli tours to anyone who is planning for Kashmir trip and Heena will be the best person to make the arrangements as per your requirement. 3 Blind steps for best Kashmir trip : 1. Affarwat hotel in gulmarg not good to stay in. Its not required to stay in gulmarg for 2 days.

Our trip to Kashmir was excellently arranged by Travel Triangle - Milli Groups. The representative from Milli Group, Ms.Heena was exceptional in her service and made sure everything was commendably arranged. It was indeed a very memorable trip for my wife and me with the hospitality we were meted with, at the houseboat or the hotels. Everybody went beyond their way to make our stay comfortable. A special thanks to Heena for going an extra mile to help us get back our belonging which got left behind at Srinagar. Some salient points . You get a local travel agent, who can give you timely and appropriate solution to any problem that you might face . Milli Group of Tour & Travels Adds value to service. When we were caught in a road jam, milli group continuously followed up with us and made necessary arrangements till we safely reached the destination and had our dinner in the house boat at 12 in the night. There are such other instances also. I especially appreciate and thank Ms Heena for this value addition to the service. . You can easily ask them to make changes in your travel plan in the middle of the tour . Their local contacts are good and are able to guide you in other matters also which are not there in their inclusions. HOWEVER, . Not able to arrange for obtaining tickets for second stage of Gondola ride was painful for me - I personally had come for the Gondola ride. . They could have planned our tour with staying arrangements in Pahalgam and Gulmarg, rather than keeping us stationed at Srinagar and giving a flying visits to these places, which were very tiring. . In the hotels and Houseboats if they could have added some local Kashmiri cousines in the menu, that would have enhanced the flavour of the tour. . The driver was quite ignorant of the tourist importance or speciality of some place or things while travelling from one place to the other. He would simply hear loud music of his choice or talk loudly to some one on his mobile phone in local language. Leisurely 3 hrs Shikara Ride in the Dal Lake

The trip was well organized. Mili travel took care of the arrangements well and addressed any issues right from day 1. However we had included Doodhpatri in our Kashmir trip as an offbeat location, which was not entertained citing security reasons at last minute. Mili should not also need to better advice about the itinerary. A night stay at Gulmarg, for example, was not required. Overall it was good arrangement and I would recommend Mili travel for your bookings. Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Brown Palace in Srinagar. Nice food and hospitality. They gave us a suite instead of a single room for free.
