Overall an excellent experience, would have no hesitation in using again. Process is completely transparent and there were no deviations in what was agreed versus what was provided. The stunning vistas of Kashmir, the friendliness of the people we met and the complete lack of any feeling of insecurity while going anywhere or doing anything.

Hi Heena, Apologies for not writing sooner on arrival at Mumbai. Thanks for all the courtesies extended during the trip. Knew Kashmir as Paradise on Earth. However never had an occasion to see for myself. I am fulfilled after visiting Kashmir. Also understood why it is called Paradise. The natural beauty of the place is aptly complemented with the hospitality, warmth and simplicity of its people like you, Arzoo (the Chauffeur), Ezaz (the Shikara man), Mustaq (the Houseboatman) and numerous others who I came to contact with. All the hotels, Hotel Lider Resort, Hotel Apple Tree Resort and Hotel New Mamta, are very good in location wise and as well as their services. We did not face any problem regarding anything. Driver Arzoo also needs a special thanks from us, without his guidance we could not complete our tour. I will recommend all my friends to travel with Milli. Excellent... Good Hotels. Driver was really helpful and trustworthy. It is the best package a family could get. I would say, visit to Gandola (Gulmarg) at 14,000ft by cable car was the best memory.

Dear staff of Milli groups of tours & Travels First of all I want to thank you very much, on my behalf and on behalf of my wife, all the people who contributed in the preparation and the making of this wonderful Kashmir tour, Specially Heena…. All aspects of the tour were carried out as planned without delays and as expected. I recommend strongly to those who are planning to visit Kashmir to do it with Milli groups of tours & Travels! Overall tour services including Kashmir & Gulmarg & sommarg & Katara hotels and restaurants were outstanding. I should mention in particular the hotel apple tree gulmarg and the Hotel Vishal in Karta hotels. With regards to restaurants we were impressed by the Apple tree where we had the best chicken dinner we could remember and the variety of the kebab’s we ate at the restaurant in Sommarg. As to the guides all those who assisted us in the various destinations were friendly, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. The same for the driver Gulam Bhai.. Who were courteous and punctual. The car which we used throughout the tour were clean and spacious. In brief everything went smoothly during the whole China travel and for sure I would recommend strongly the services of.
