Milli Group Of Tour Travels

Thanks a lot to miss Heena n Mr Abid and Milli group. They took all the care to make our trip to Kashmir comfortable n memorable one. Miss Heena was there for all help all the time n our guide cum driver Mr Abid guided us for better comfort. Hotels were aptly comfortable n warm in the cold of shrinagar n Gulmarg. Food was tasty with long menu of items. Very responsible n reliable to go with Milli group of travel triangle for Kashmir tour.

A trip to Kashmir was a much needed break which we friends needed. It all started at Travel Triangle, and finally ended up with Milli Group of Travels. Thnx to Ms. Heena, we were provided with a good itinerary. Also the hotel stay provided at Srinagar, Hotel Royal Batoo was a great one. Rooms were well maintained and furnished and aptly heated, and the staff over there were very courteous and ever helpful. Also the breakfast and dinner was very much lip smacking. Thank you. Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Srinagar local sight seeing was a fun filled times for us, but the only negative thing is people over there demand "tips". I don't know whether they understand the basic rules of tipping, because they outrightly demand the "bakshh" as they say it, which i feel is very muc wrong and irritating as a traveller. But we had good guide in our driver, Mr. Lucky and he proved to be totally lucky for us. We had a great time in his company. Always available right on time and for each and every kind of help. Last night Houseboat stay was not upto the mark, as the houseboat wasn't properly maintained, but our host Mr. Gulzar tried his best to make us feel at home. But houseboat stay on Dal lake is surely not worth that hype. But over all we did have a great time, thnx to Heena, Lucky and Milli Travels. Also, to enjoy the true beauty of Kashmir a visit during summer time is a must. Cheers!

Though the service that was provided was at its best, lot more things could have included in the package such as Entrance fees, Gondola ride. Driver was a very good person but misguided us at many places to take Jackets & gum boots for rent even though it was not at all necessary. He also misguided us to Hire a guide for gondola ride for which we were charged 750. There are still a lot of scope for improvement. Sonamarg was a very good place, lot of snow were there & scenery was very nice.

This was my first experience with Travel Triangle. I always wanted to go on holiday to Kashmir, but somehow did not get around to it, till now. I booked the trip through Milli Group of Tour and Travels and was very impressed with the prompt service offered by their executive, Heena. She offered a good itinerary to us and helpful tips on planning the trip. Our Driver/Guide- Mr Mushtaq was very helpful and friendly during our entire stay there. He was very knowledgeable and reliable. I would highly recommend him! We started our holiday by visiting all the lovely gardens of Srinagar, Shikara Rides on Dal Lake and staying in a houseboat for the 1st night. Then, 2 days in blissful Pehalgam and horse-back rides in the the amazingly Scenic Aru Valley, Chandanwari and Betaab Valley. Thereafter we visited Sonmarg. In Sonmarg, a visit to the ZERO POINT is an absolute must! The car ride upto Zero point is simply breathtaking and cannot be missed. Be sure to bargain with the Sumo drivers who offer to take you upto Zero Point. We did sledging and Snow-Mobile on Zero point and ended the evening by having hot yummy Maggi ! On day 5, we visited Doodhpathri, which a beautiful place with carpet like meadows and a lovely trek to a flowing river which resounds with the soft wind passing through the pine trees of the enclosures of the valley. This is quite an unexplored destination which was a welcome change from the hustle-bustle of Srinagar and Sonmarg! We ended our holiday with a full day trip to Gulmarg and went upto Phase 2 of the Gulmarg Gondola. The view was so surreal with a view of the the snow-capped mountains and the LOC. Activities like sledging was available here as well. There were a few cons as well ... 1. The houseboat in Srinagar (Amina Group of Houseboats- http://www.kashmirhouseboat.info/ ) was a sad disappointment to us. It was not managed properly and the person in charge of it was terrible. He did not do anything to ensure that we have a good stay. A Houseboat is just not worth the hype surrounding it all ! 2. The hotel in Srinagar where we spent our last 4 nights (Hotel Rose Petal) which was supposed to be a 4 star hotel, was not upto the standards at all. The Breakfast and Dinner buffet was completely avoidable and even the service was not good. There is a huge scope for improvement to make this hotel into a 4 star standard! All-in-all a good holiday! I booked the trip for my parents. I have travelled extensively but never booked with a travel agent (offline or online) Highlights : 1) Great suggestions, coordination by Heena Ji during the entire trip. She was always available to help and clear any doubts that I had in mind. One of my good friend is a travel agent and even then I chose Milli because of their clear communication about the Hotels, Sightseeing, Pricing, Cancellation Policy etc. 2) Chauffeur Gulzar Ji was very helpful throughout the journey. He provided a local sim for communication. 3) Overall Value for money 4) Customer friendly refund policy of travel triangle After reading some negative reviews on multiple online website, I was a bit sceptical but with Milli travels as our travel agent we could experience the heavenly beauty of Kashmir. It is truly eternal. A paradise on earth with breathtaking views, unending natural beauty and last but no the least awesome hospitality of the locals. 0) Prepaid and BSNL Postpaid does not work in Jammu and Kashmir. 1) Gulmarg has lot of fun-filled snow activities. 2) Chandanwari is must visit. 3) Srinagar Houseboat experience is one of its kind and Mughal Gardens are very nice 4) Both the Hotels, Royal Batoo and Paradise Inn, were nice except their food which was okayish.

I booked cab for 5 days. On last day cab driver drop us on road to saying that we are booked up to only 10am.when discussed miss Helena from Milly group she says sir we can provide up to 4pm max. While I had clearly said at the time of booking that last day we will go for shopping so cab will be free till 10pm. But nothing happened as discussed and cab driver drop us on the way and we reached hotel by taking another cabs. Request you all while booking take all the things on paper or record the voice.

Travel Triangle-Once I received the call from travel triangle . No suggestion or interaction with travel triangle. every thing was closed with tour partner Milli tours & travel. Experience with Milli tours & travels was excellent. They have taken care of all arrangements as agreed. Heena was a excellent support & prompt in response. Only part which was bad as hotel booked in Srinagar was having problem as very bad experience during check in & check out. Even though room service was very bad & bathrooms were not clean. Rest of the hotels in Gulmarg & Pahalgam was good & experience was wonderful.

Thru Travel Triangle finding quotes and detailed itinerary makes it easy for decision making, and the easy of chatting online and making changes is appreciable. We can truly trust the payment process and timely response. I liked booking with travel triangle and in future will choose to book many more trips thru travel triangle. Thanks Gulmargh Goldola ride, Horse ride and trekking are memorable . Pahelgham and sonamargh glacier and snow point places are remarkable. Kashmir Truly is heaven on earth.

Booking through travel triangle was absolutely a great experience. The iteniary was tailored made by Milli Group Tours and Travel. Our special thanks to Ms Heena Lone for her wonderful cooperation and help throughout the tour. I would strongly recommend to book through travel triangle. A visit during October is also preferred, with low cost and low temp as well. Bon voyage Trip to Pahalgaon and Gurmarg. Absolutely fascinating, though the places were crowded but thats expected this time of the year. I would also recommend to stay one day extra an try visit sonmarg. Overall a wonderful experience.

One thing i would like to say is that if someone is going from jammu to sringar please provide srinagar driver not jammu driver bcz they dont know how the things change in srinagar although our driver is very good but somehow there is something they know about srinagr so please take care of that.
