birds valley resort at munnar is excellent. karar gardens at thekkady is ok. Cochin palace is very good. house boat is also good,but initially a very old and untidy boat was alloted which was changed after requesting. we can get very good house boats than wat we got. cab given to us is old indica, to my surprise a car without audio system. travel agent(tour club) should have sent a good car as promised. Driver nitin is not proactive.actually a driver should guide us in sightseeing but Nitin misguided us in munnar. he said echo point and kundale lake are same which are different actually. overall had a good trip.

Thanks to Tour Club International for making our Kerala trip memorable. Cab driver was great with excellent driving skills, location knowledge and was very polite and helpful. With his help, we could find the right places to visit and eating joints. Misty mountain resort was nice. Coffee routes thekkady rooms were great but the food was horrible. RKV houseboat ferry was good but stay was not worth. Room was too congested. Till A/C was switched on, it was terrible to sit inside the room. The overall itinerary was well designed. Dream land in munnar, elephant ride, boat ride in ernakulam, houseboat ride were worth the visit. During the trip, not once did the tour club agent ask how our trip was going on. In fact we didnot even see him once. We were made to do the payment beforehand though travel triangle. Even then , Tour Club international is highly recommended!!

An amazing trip by Tour Club. The Rivulet resort is simply amazing. You have to be there to experience it. The cab and driver was very good. Only thing which should not be in your trip is thekkady . There isn't much to do here if you don't get the boating tickets and those are very rare too. We tried getting tickets twice and failed. Another day in munnar is a better option. The coffee routes resort was amazing too. The house boat was excellent and food was simply delicious. And at last the mighty Athirappaly Waterfall was a perfect end to the trip. Rivulet Resort.

My kerala trip was xtremly well planned. The hotels were quite nice.Infact the Allepy & kovalam hotel were very good. The car was comfortable infact it was upgraded than the one initially promised. The driver was very good ,friendly & acted like our guardian all through the trip. Overall I would rate the services 4.5 out of 5. A heartfelt thankyou for making my trip memorable.

Hi Travel Triangle Team, Thanks for organizing my trips very well. Regarding the Kerala trip, I wan to take back my earlier comments and want to say that it was awesome. Driver was very seasoned driver and knows the hilly terrain of Munnar very well. Some suggestions from my part , is it possible to mention in the itinerary the time lines by which we should visit the sightseeing places. Like if we start at 8.30AM then will reach a sightseen at 10.00 AM and spend 1 hr there. Basically then the traveler will be aware when he needs to start and if he does not start then he will obviously miss the first point and have to start from next one. And one more thing please if possible convey my apologies to Tour Agency for Kerala trip as I have given harsh review comments.It was not intentional . I want to convey that travel was well arranged . May be I expected Cochin Marine Drive and Sea to be like Mumbai. Regards, Soumyadeep hotel was superb
