It was good beginning travelling to Munnar from Cochi... Resort in Munnar was the best place of the tour with great service, people and food.. Nothing much to travel there in Munnar due to less rainfall waterfalls were empty and weather was also little humid.. may b due the time of year.. Hotel in Thekeddy was gud, but not actually a 4 * hotel, room was small and power cut issues too often which pissed me off.. but the location and weather there was awesome.. food at both the hotels were little high but for good taste.. House boat was gud, but the room and amenities were small and less.. alleppeey's weather was too humid since we were in late for a day.. Food in the boat house was also good.. Overall I would rate it 4 out of 5. Birds Valley Resort - Service, Food, Location 4.5 * out of 5.

Cochin hotel is not good but ok to fresh up and munnar hotel was awesome we enjoyed this Kerala trip and tea gardens , Ayurvedic garden, cultural activities and Dreamland chocolates and saree's we purchased and we r very happy to choose u r travel triangle

The overall Kerala 5 days trip was amazing. All the hotels were very good, especially Pepper wine & Kondailip backwaters. The only concern we had was of driver. It seems he was new, would never tell us about the places, where we are going, he dint even knew the timings of particular places. we have to search for few things which was not not expected as we were on tour package. We would really suggest not to send such drivers. As a person he was good but we were expecting someone who would talk more & tell us about everything.

it was an amazing trip ...with the promised hotel. the itinerary was followed on a satisfactory level with 1 or 2 thing a miss. Driver nature towards tourist should be more friendly. which was not the case here.

Tour club & Driver Pradeep has organized the complete trip very well.. Here & there fluctuations in plan due to rain... We were charged high in Boating & Jeep Safari by external vendors in Thekkady and Kochin... So Tour club / Driver must improve in guidance & suggesting the sight seeing locations / boating at correct charges by right vendor.... Overall trip was excellent and it is a nice experience..... thekkady stay in peppervine & munnar stay in mistymountain.... allapey house boat...

8 days Kerala trip for Family (2couples &1child) covering Kovalam, Kumarakoam, Allepey, Thekkady, Munnar. Thanks to Mr. Lijo (Tour Club) for assuring our stay is pleasant. Lijo made sure our itinerary is well planned. all the hotels provided were very nice and as per our requirement. we had very slight hiccup with driver, for which Lijo (Tour Club) immediately got ready to change the driver which eventually we did not change. Preplanning, advance bookings and places to visit were recommended by tour club which made our travel more smoother. Lijo was in constant touch with me before and while the trip, and even Lijo and Mr. Jipson personally came to meet us. so i would be looking forward for Tour Club team in future, also would recommend them to my family and friends. Itinerary and planning 10/10 Hotels 10/10 (mostly our choice) Vehicle condition and cleanliness 10/10 Driver - 8/10 Package price - 9/10 overall stay is memorable. we carry great time and memories from Kerala.
