Hotels were good. But Restaurant staff was rude and not professional at Paloma, Alleppy. 17 seater vehicle was not good first 2 days . Travel Agent replaced the Vehicle on our request. Driver was very good and polite. Overall trip was good.

The stay at rivulet resort was ok i have especially asked for candle light dinner and what they told me is they cannot arrange it after 10pm after that they left the dinner covered with silver foil in my room on the another stay at cherai the room has cracks on the walls and the washroom was stinking. Overall it was really good experience , Loved the beauty of nature and peace , Munnar was beautiful , keep bsnl SIM card for network. Seven springs resort was good but room facility and food can be better . Thekkedy tigers roare was amazing hotel and room was fabulous. House boat was average, can be better , Surroundings of backwaters were amazing and way to seven springs was amazing , enjoyed natural beauty every time coming and going to resort.

Very well planned and co-ordinated tour by Tour International. The whole thing was done very professionally. The choice of hotels and stay was also excellent. The vehicle provided was very comfortable and in top condition and the driver Saji Sebastian was also a very friendly person. One suggestion however, is to let the tourist know which places are worth visiting and which are not. Because some places are really not worth visiting and is only a waste of time. The houseboat in Alleppey was very beautiful. Overall, it was an excellent tour. Thank you Travel Traingle and Tour International.
