Really appreciate the response time and detailing of quotations. Hotels and Cars were booked flawlessly as communicated. However, here are few areas of improvement 1> Location wise much detail itinerary must be provided and followed. Driver may recommend some other locations than itinerary but should not decide location by himself. Driver insisted us to visit certain places (especially in Thekady) and as a result we missed some places stated in itinerary(e.g boat rides in Periyar Lake) 2> Sometimes Car was also not smelling nicely 3> All hotels were OK except Uday Samudra in Trivandrum. This is one of worst hotel we have ever stayed. Room facilities were very basic. Munnar hotel was best of the lot. Good response time, friendly staff and met all expectations. It was a memorable experience for us Car and driver are very critical and integral part of such a long travel, expected little better service.
