Very bad driver is given, he is very reluctant to talk and said to us he is in a bad mood, I don't understand his problem at all, at one point he said that this is kundale lake which in reality is not.. I was very frustrated by his misleading.. please check the driver before sending him to a trip... On the bright side the trip iternery was followed by good punctuality.... Boat house journey was splendid!!!!, Liked it a lot

The entire trip right from the start of the booking experience has been amazing and I thank the organizers for that. Michael our tour coordinator was so helpful and caring throughout the trip. Just before the start of the trip he pleasantly surprised us with the free upgrade of our vehicle. The chauffeur of the vehicle, Prince was very nice throughout the trip and was a very able guide. Thanks guys for making this trip a memorable one. I would recommend everyone visiting Kerala to avail of your services. The view of Vivekananda Rock Memorial from our room in Kanyakumari.

Everything was Good But You guys have to work on the Cab and Drivers I think. This is my second time visiting Kerala. The Driver first time was excellent but that was 3.5 yrs back. this time the driver I got was only concerned about the places and thing where he could make a commission. For ex. He asked us several times to get SPA instead of us denying many times

The houseboat was really nice & the travel agent was extremely helpful. He customised our package as exactly how we wanted - food, stay. Overall it was a very nice experience. The only issue I had was at the parking of the boat at night. It blocked our view. The experience of staying on houseboat overall was great!

I had already booked through TT earlier so had trust to book again. I bboked through Tour club after talking with Mr Jipson. He was very prompt in replying each and every query and customised itinery as per our needs. On Trip we had excellent driver Mr Sherrif who was always on time. He helped us to repair one of our bag also. Hotels were good but service and food quality was not upto mark in Misty Mountain Munnar & Renai Blue Cherai
