The houseboat in alleyppe was pathetic, it had insects in it an night, AC was not working for almost 2 hours and also they did not show us around well (did not explain also). Other hotels were good. Since alleyppe houseboat cost was the highest, the hotel rating is 3. The driver was good and polite but he missed to take us to few places, also he took us to some places(like spice factory, spa center etc) where I feel they had comission, otherwise he was knowledgeable and his services were good. But I had mentioned while booking that the cab should have music system, which was not available. Even after constant reminders it was not repaired. Travel agent provided us good package but it could have been a better one. Watching kalaripayattu in thekkady and poovar island boating

I am not much satisfied with the hotels and HouseBoat that was suggested. The photos that were given was really awesome. But when we reached there, it was completely different. It was an old HouseBoat and was not as expected.

Only in houseboat from 05:30 PM to 09:00 PM we were not able to stay due to sweating and heat. As per the procedure, they are switching ON the AC only by 09:00 PM. This can be avoided based on request and outside weather Very good memorable trip with my family and relatives. Arrangements and food in the hotels are very nice

Overall trip is good. But in Kochi they didn't take us to Chinese fishing nets, Lulu mall(saying it is far from city) but before we asked about lulu mall he took us for boating which is not required saying there is plenty of time and wasted our money 1500 for boating .before day we stayed in houseboat so no need of boating.
