1.Ashsih, travel agent, very responsive and helpful person. Always we will free to reach him. Excellent in his job. 2.Cab driver - cab was okay and driver was just fine. Most of the time he recommended us to the highly priced restaurant even though we requested for cheap one. Need to improve on punctuality too. 3. Hotel - Just good. Rooms are okay type. Not up to the hype I got. Food(cook) was excellent and good quality. Rohtang pass, paragliding at Kulu.

Agent is not communicating properly. Also while payment only getting call and while having issues he is not picking the call. Driver is ok but cab is not good and it's old, so having issue while pickup on hill roads. Dharamshala Hotel stay and Around places were good.

It was a nice trip and we have enjoyed our holiday trip. The trip to Munnar and Alleppey houseboat was more fascinating except the food provided in Munnar was not much satisfactory. I understand that we shouldn't expect home food but still can be maintained in a much better way. Last but not the least, we have loads and loads of happy and the best moments in the houseboat and Munnar trip.

This trip to Manali was planned through TT. i really have a great exp & memories in this trip. Thanks for arranging all good hotel & cab facility. the worst part of the trip is travel from DEL to MANALI & MANALI to DEL by bus. As being frm down south, i didnot know bus services wil be this worst in north. Till time my worst exp with private bus services. Literally i almost missed my flight to B'lore on my return journey bcoz of delay with bus service. Hotel was best in manali Climate was best for couple Manali city tour was best In & Around manali was best Excellent food at hotel Cab facelity was grt Driver was bit rash in driving. was remaining him to drive smooth.

Hi, Today i am sharing my experience of Manali tour. Hotel was very good and food is also nice. stay was pleasent. my serious concern is related taxi driver. white innova is haing personal number instead of commercial number and every entry poing get stopped by respective police time get delayed in negotiation with police We started tour on 24th June 2018 from Delhi. Taxi was on time. on next day morning during way to manali . Taxi both tyre get punctured and we were surprised driver was not equipped with necessary tool. we were on highway for 3 hrs in early morning. we are trying to get help from on going vehicle. we reached manali at 10:30. we only visited hadmaba maa darshan and mall road. next day we visited local manali darshan and visited to fun village,vishwamitra temple , forest park and river vyas. next day we went to Rohtang pass by another vehicle which was cost 10400 including dress. this is arranged by driver. which is cost is higher. we confirmed on mall road and cost were around 7k. it seems driver is taken commission. next day we went back to delhi. in package kullu and sholang valley were planned but driver not visited in these location. on they way we are reuested for one favour to drop chandigrah bye pass but he responded very badly. we said we have also coperated when you not visited to kullu and durring puncute. he said toh aapne koi aahsaan kar diya kya. we told us kullu was planned in package he told us we dont follow package tour . aise package tour hum log nahin lete hain. finally he dropped at khara rhighway in rainy place and remaining my relative went to delhi. i called my relative when they reached to kurukhetra they were very scared. my relative is requested to drop noida and he taken 800 extra to drop noida. my concern is he is spoiling your brand reputation. kindly return my one day kullu money as it was planned and not visited any place in kullu. driver attitude is very pathetic and even his attitude is not like human.he is very much unhuman. We requested him after visit of Rohtang pass to visit Mall road. he straight forwad said i cannot go mall road due to parking problem i am worried if plan further with you. earlier i was looking for long term relationship. support from travel triangle is appreciable. as per view service is major concern and this kind of attitude cannot be tolerated please return my one day money imediately.

Sandra palace was good. Edge Munnar was horrible and house boat was under the mark. I think i should have chosen premium properties. Best part of our trip was Munnar sight scenes and Mahi our tour guide cum driver of the car.
