My overall experience was good as it was the first entire family trip of mine.. Hotels cab n driver n Also the agent priya from holiday triangle helped in making it an unforgettable.. Few glitch happened like miscommunication in the kochi hotel regarding booking n NO national park and wildlife which was one of the reasons we selected kochin.. When we reached we were told that the national parks are closed in these days.. So couldn't visit park in munnar.. N thekkady we stayed for one day so couldn't accommodate pariyaar national park due to timing of visits.. Anyways apart from these everything was good.

Since day one Travel Triangle Expert Mr. Dheeraj Kumar, and called us to inquire about our travel experience at last day too. He collected my travel details and organized 2 quotations from their travel partners. Out of which we chose the partner 'Holiday Triangle', as their rates were much cheaper for 2 of us. From the day of acceptance of quote till last day, Holiday Triangle agent Ms. Kajal done all arrangements well in advance and was in constant touch. Interested to book my next tour with Travel Triangle.

Best experiance to all hotels Bad experiance of houseboat reason 1.Unhygenic washrooms which was stinking badly 2. Houseboat staff not willingly helpfull 3. I was given sharing housboat , as i complained i got private houseboat. 4. Flower bad not decorated ( bags of flower given in hand to us) 5. Non veg cake for given insgead of veg cake 6. Candle light dinner was not served as was informed 7. Luggage was not dropped till car, it was handed over to us while coming back. Everything was best except Houseboat.
