Hotel at Munnar for two day stay was not good. Rooms are not clean and smell is very bad. Rest all other hotels are good. Cab Driver and cab is excellent. Total experience with travel agency is good and recommended.

Hotel should have been good..rather than asking for everything.. everything should have been arranged. ( Hot water, room cleaning). Travel agent didn't mention about free breakfast buffet. Driver was good, but we have to pressurize him to take to all the places written in iteration. The places we have visited was good. Jeep ride was good( it was optional. We paid extra for it)

काफी अच्छा अनुभव रहा...सफर के दौरान एजेन्ट लोग हमेशा मुझसे सम्पर्क बनाये रखे .... ड्राईवर भी काफी व्यवहारिक था... होटल भी मुझे काफी पसन्द आया... भविष्य में मै अपनी अगली ट्रिप ट्रेवल ट्राइंगल के माध्यम से जाना चाहुँगा.... धन्यवाद. सफर का मेरा पहला दिन मनाली का लोकल साईटिंग था, परन्तु समयाभाव के कारण मै सारे निर्धारित स्थलों का भ्रमण नही कर पाया था.... मुझे ऐसा लगा था कि अब ये सब छुट जायेगा... पर अगले दिन ड्राईवर के द्वारा समय निकालकर मेरे सारे छुटे हुए स्थलों का भ्रमण काफी सहजता से करा दिया गया..... इसी प्रकार बर्फ नही गिरने के कारण मेरा मरही का भ्रमण कार्यक्रम निर्धारित नही था, परन्तु बर्फ गिरने पर मेरे आग्रह पर परमिट लेकर वहाँ का भी भ्रमण करा दिया गया.... शायद इसके बिना मेरा सफर अधुरा रहता... धन्यवाद.

Hi Team, I really had a great time in Kerala. Thanks for the amazing package. Everything was awesome except the hotel provided for stay in Munnar. I was sent a balcony view images in WhatsApp but when I checked into the hotel, it was not the same. Please do work on this. The driver(Lijo) in this whole trip was too cooperative and very friendly. Special mentions to him.House boat in aleppey was the awesome experience. I might need your services for one of my cousin's trip who is planning a trip in June. If possible, send me a quote for Karnataka package to plan in June and I will get back to you on that. Thanks to Kajol, Anusha, Preethi who coordinated with me in this whole process. I would recommend this to my friends n relatives for sure. Don't forget to share the quote for karntataka packages. House boat in aleppey and the rain in Munnar.
