Driver Ram was sometimes irritated, angry and annoyed with out any reason. He missed few sightseeing by saying u will stuck in jam or that place is too far. Insulted in front of lacalites also in malyalam.

Driver..... Driving was good but took some shortcuts instead of highway frm Delhi to chandigarh......on last day lied to us abt probable time required to travel frm chandigarh to Delhi... And dropped to airport 6hrs earlier!!!

Overall experience of the trip is good... Hotels are not upto expectations. So many times Traveltriangle's agent didn't pickup the call after several attempts..However the local travel agent respond immediately on my call. Cab driver was very nice, polite and helpful person who makes our trip pleasent.

Hotel in Manali was Unclean and Stinky bathrooms. Towels were not changed properly. Very much disturbance due to room provided next to kitchen area. Lot of noise issue due to Kitchen .... No Car parking facility. No proper location of the hotel. My parents are Old and they had a lot of issues due to walking to n fro to the hotel.... As the Hotel Location is in a weird Location. Shimla Location ,Hotel and Driver Throughout the Journey was good.

Everything about the trip was excellent. We were upgraded to a 3star hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious. My personal requests were fulfilled by the agent Mr.Bhuvnesh. The food was lovely at the hotel and the staff were courteous. The driver Mr.Mahipal was truly our guide the entire journey. He left us with enough time to see around every place we visited. He wouldn't mind waiting an extra hour. It would have been different Without him. It was a wonderful experience overall. Shall definitely book through holiday triangle next time I plan a trip The journey to Solang Valley was spectacular. Most memorable trips I've ever been on in my life. Mr. Mahipal was there throughout the tour to guide us. Shopping at mall road was yet another wonderful experience. Learning my way to bargain was fun.also my first time experience at a hot water body was full of awe.

The travel agent suggested us well and also arranged hotel cum resort as per our need as reasonable rate .. The best part was that the travel went as per plan without any hectic schedule..Hotels were all excellent and the driver cum guide was good in knowledge as well as in manner .. The rivolet resort premises was ultimate .. We choose for day house boat crusing but unable to board on that day but they arrange the same on another day and the house boat was really the deluxe one ..we enjoyed this gesture and crusing of the house boat ... Totally it was a memorable trip ..
