Holiday Triangle

I planned my honeymoon through travel triangle for a week in Kerala (Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey and Kovalam). We were referred to Holiday Triangle for all the bookings. It was a good deal and so were the bookings; all of them being very nice and comfy. PRIYA (agent) was involved and her interest to make her trip as much memorable as she could have done. She was in contact with us throughout the trip and made sure that all the facilities are provided comfortably on-time. The guide/driver assigned to us (SUDHIR ji) made all the efforts to guide us through every bit/information of the Kerala. Not only was he sincere but was also very punctual throughout the trip. He provided all the important information related to every place that we visit. As far as the hotel bookings are concerned, Green Trees at Munnar was a pleasant (read excellent) treat and even better (read magnificient) at hospitality. In Thekkady, the hotel Kara Garden was clean but lack adequate furniture which is sometimes required. Even the staff there was least interested in the comfort of the visitors. The Noharks Cruise houseboat ride in Allepyey was extremely soothing and refreshing. The staff of the houseboat was very soft spoken; cleanliness throughout the boat was very good and even the food was great. The Fish made in lunch is a must-try for all. We struggled a lot during registration after reaching Hotel Jasmine Palace in Kovalam. Even after getting the booking done, the hotel staff asked us to wait for 30-45mins at the reception just to get the room ready. Even the staff was quite unprofessional here; the laundry service was really irritating as we had to postpone our plans to get a trouser back which we'd given for laundry at 6am. For 12hrs, nobody amongst the whole staff was aware of this fact and the guy, who received it from us for laundry, was missing from the scene. While the room and food at the hotel was really appreciable, the hotel staff is a major setback. Highly professional and hospitable behavior from PRIYA and SUDHIR ji. Since it was our honeymoon, so everything about the trip is memorable.

The first day was very painful reaching Wind Resort, it's very far away from Airport. And with that room phone was not working , so for everything I had to approach to the reception. Another bad experience with the houseboat. The food was really delicious and both the person on the boat are good. When you (holiday triangle ) guys know that we were 4 people, accordingly you need to suggest the big size room. It was very difficult to adjust a another single bed in that room. The best memories are with Peppervine and Somapalmshore. Excellent hotels to stay.

Kerala trip experience was good.3 hotels good but food of samudratheeram was very bad.Driver was good.They had provided worst house boat with worst facility. Not single trip follow up from holiday triangle. Only Munnar is best place.

I went on a honeymoon arranged for the first time by these guys who I have never seen .... paid the entire money online and set the itenerary however the guys are absolutely awesome . I got the best bang for my buck with facilities and amenities just as good as described and discussed with me . I can certainly suggest them for their word is true and you can bet your money on them to give you a memorable holiday . thank you !

Arrangements were good. It would have been better if the driver knew English or Hindi well.The driver was very good but he was finding it difficult to communicate . Visit to Eravikulam National park.

Hotel was good, food was good. But rothang pass was closed and also does not visit solang vellley as guide by diver. Volvo seat was not comfortable at all. Dhaba was so much expensive. Nice mountain, nice sun set.

All are good and having great fun in munnar & Alleppy expat Thekaddy..Thekaddy hotel and hotel staff was not good at all.. At Munnar hotel garden..

Overall the trip was good but was very hectic. Driver has not given good guidance when to do what and what not. Hotel in Dharamshala "The Origin", was not the good place to stay and even the food was not good. We were the only guest in that hotel. but yes Rooms were clean and staff was good. Rest other hotels provided were good in rating. Ashish our Agent was available all the time whenever we needed his help. Thanks to him. Dalhousie was really a good place among other places we have visited like Dharamshala, Manali and Shimla. Hotel provided in Manali was really good "Snow Peak Retreat".

Trip went as planned, we enjoyed completely and as promised hotels cab were very good. Had great time. Must goto Wondervalley in munnar
