travel agent (Kajal )was quite supportive & available,kudos to her , whenever we need her help during our journey. All arrangements including hotel booking ,early check-ins & payment process were quite good except transport arrangement. The tempo traveller driver was so rude & arguing on every possible situation,we almost decide to arrange other tempo traveller during journey ,he almost ruined our trip when just started but agent Kajal helped us & we ignored him throughout the trip ,were taking Kajal to resolve any issue with him. Just a suggestion that you guys should re-think on doing business with this transport company(Ankit was the owner,if i remember correctly) .How can they send such illiterate & rude drivers on family trips ,They are ruining your image ,all your efforts & can impact your business as well . Its a combined suggestion from all trip members ,firstly we wanted to put it on social media platform but decided to give suggestions first. hotel & some sight scenes

It was first time we booked our trip through travel triangle . The responses n customer support is awesome . Our travel agent Mr. Krishna was extremely courteous n very helpful all through out the trip . Most importantly they let us plan our trip according to our needs n also helped us make last moment changes in the plan. We had a hassle free trip because of very very supportive team . Whole trip was awesome n memorable . Only thing to be cautious is do not let the cab driver decide where you go n where you eat .

We got prompt response from agency.I suggest more comfort transport and food. Excellent accommodation at hotels.Only food served are not in sufficient quantity and quality is also to be given good level.

I wanted to book a Honeymoon package to Shimla for 9 Days, and I got to know about this site from google. I created a request with the details and I got 3 quotes, I choose Holiday Triangle as the travel agent (maybe this was a mistake) looking at the ratings. Itinerary was planned as : Chandigarh -> Shimla (3 Days) -> Manali (3 Days) -> Dharmashala (1 Day) -> Dalhousie (2 Days) -> Chandigarh The reason I choose to book a package is because I dont want to individually book everything. There are three aspects of the journey: transport, stay, itinerary . Below is my experience detailing each of these. Transport : Cab arranged was good, and the driver was great (he was giving us information so that we can make informed choices) Stay : In Shimla, Aaachman Regency was promised, but they provided us in Apple Regency (I didnt want to argue during my trip so I didnt complain much). This hotel was not as expected (we were promised 3-start, but this was no where close to that). In Manali, we were given Prini Inn, to my utter shock this is a only-Veg hotel, why was only hotel provided without taking confirmation from me - I am not sure. In Dharmashala & Dalhousie, decent hotels were given, by this time we were getting tired of traveling (due to long distances involved, more about this in the next point) so didn't care much about the hotels anymore. Itinerary - Main reason for opting a travel agent is because I assumed that they know the area better and will plan better. But, the planning was so poor, the places suggested by them through out the trip were of poor choice (except for Khajjiar) - Do note that I opted for a honeymoon package and the places suggested were awful keeping this in mind. Also the travel time between the places was so great, half the days in the trip we spent in the cab traveling. On some days they planned it in such a way that we had to travel 6-9 hrs on hilly/ghat roads Maybe before booking travel agent I should have spent more time researching the place and locations I want to visit, but I couldn't do it owing to personal commitments and time crunch. I paid a premium price (I paid 50K; If I booked everything myself then I would have got it done in 40-41K) Also, as part of honeymoon package they promised cake & wine. It was a badly tasting plum cake (wtih awful smell as well) & even awfully tasting cheap wine. I guess this was bonus for me... On a whole I would rate my TravelTriange experience as OK - but not so great (they give a blanket statement that they will make sure that the travel agent provides all the things mentioned in writing in quote - note that they wouldn't guarantee the quality.) My experience with Holiday Triange - 3 out of 10 (10 being the highest score) I have got some experience talking to the cab driver and hotel guys, so I guess I will recommend my friends to book things themselves and micro-manage if they want to have a good trip (not relying on travel agents looks like a good idea for me) Khajjiar, called mini-switzerland of India. It was a awesome place, a must visit for any one who appreciates natural beauty.

all the hotels were excellent...Rooms at munnar of green ridge were spacious... Loved it.. Food was also good.. Stay at alleppy houseboat was also refreshing.. It was well maintained &clean.. Nd on request Jain food was made available tht was commendable...had heard it's difficult to stay at night in such boats due to mosquito's bt kiddos to our caretaker it was hygienic enough for mosquito's to enter.. Nd then the best hotel of our trip.. Estuary island... Just loved the property Nd hospitality of staff at this hotel...loved everything from food to rooms to indoor games.. Such a peaceful Nd refreshing place to be.. Nd v had good rooms with view.. All facility was just call away... Here also they provided Jain food.. Our driver subire was vry friendly & helpful in managing our sightseeing. He showed us interesting places other than our itinerary.. Thanks to him. Would recommend everyone to try travel triangle.. It's best thing for planning holidays..packages are value for money truely...

Hassle free vacations. Didn't have to bother about any logistics or bookings . All were well taken care. Nice family hotel with good food and helpful staff. Ease of planning the trip. All logistics were well done.

It was a great experience planning a trip to McLeodganj, Dharamshala through Travel Triangle. Thanks to Mr. Avinav Mishra from Travel Triangle for suggesting me to book with Travel Triangle. The services offered were great the agent was good and planned my trip as per my Budget. I also want to thank Ms. Kajal and Mr. Vijay of Holiday Triangle for their support. Hotel " The Origin" was best, staff are very much supportive and well behaved. Food served in hotel was too good. Driver was also well behaved. Overall we had a great experience Cheers to Travel Triangle and I am looking forward for more future trips through Travel Triangle. HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala is a must watch for everyone visiting Dharamshala. Its a highest altitude stadium in the world with snow mountains in the background. Beauty of this stadium will amaze you. Eating freshly cooked Momos at Peace Cafe, McLeodganj was also a superb experience.
