Just came back from Kerala trip.Loving the places HT have selected for stay and travel plan was also perfect. Driver was really good guide also.So totally satisfied with service. Light house beach and munnar moments.

Overall it was good trip, however had more expectations in terms of planning the itinerary. some places were very nice and should not be missed to visit, however no such guidance was given by agent or driver. It was our first time to Kerala and we were expecting to visit Guruvayoor, Shankaracharya Math, Athirapplly waterfall however agent didnt advise on how to cover all these places. Additionally at some places online booking was available which was not informed in time. This could have saved lot of time of us which was wasted due to standing in ques. Also daily routine can be updated by driver in advance so we can plan our dress codes accordingly. house boat experience, Periyaar boat ride, Munnar hotel was nice

Superb experience, nice co-ordinations, well planned, stress free trip. Best part is you can customize your own trip by your own way. Thanks to the entire team. I have seen smile every day on my family's face and this is the best part of the trip.

we were very dissatisfied and disappointed with the deluxe room and wash room in boat house Allepey and driver was not quick enough to take to places as per ittenary in Cochin...where as food in Munnar and boat house was excellent....dis was out first experience with travel triangle...v look forward for your better services furthermore...Thank you. In the first place, I would like to give thumbs up for the overall travel experience they provided.I had a hectic trip of Amritsar and Punjab covering Chandigarh, Amritsar, Shimla, Manali, Dharamsala and Dalhousie.It was a 10 nights 11 days trip. I traveled with my wife and little kid. So I was little worried about the comfort factors in the trip.The journeys were really hectic and that too in the rough hilly terrains. However, the Swift Dezire vehicle which stayed with us throughout the trip was in very good condition and the driver Ramesh Kumar ji was also uncomplaining, submissive and very cooperative.As I am a photographer myself, I had to halt at many places to shoot the scenes. But never did he complain.Regarding the hotels,we stayed at Sun Park ,Chandigarh for one night. It is at Zirakpur, little away from the city.But the hotel is excellent and the services were praiseworthy.The food was great, too.We stayed at Swastik Inn, Shimla for 2 nights.Here the room was small,view good and food not very impressive.Services were good, though.I would recommend they change this hotel from the next time they book such packages.We had a 3 nights stay at King's Land Cottage, Manali.Here the rooms are spacious.View is good ,too.But the service is pathetic.They put down the receiver after 10 and even if you are in dire trouble, no one is going to come and offer you help.They do not open the lines before 8 am. So if you require bed tea or early morning wake up call, none is gonna pay any heed to you.The food is average at the best.No snacks were available in the evenings.The ambiance is gloomy and only the Manali views can brighten up your spirit.After that we proceeded towards Dharamsala.We had a night's halt at Sky Heaven Resort there.The accommodation is awesome, food is excellent and services great.After that we moved to Dalhousie for 2 nights stay.We stayed at Comfort Inn which is also known as S1 Resort.The hotel is good one.But the services are pathetic. Under-aged boys wait the rooms.They are unsophisticated and ill mannered. The rooms are tidy though.The view , too is awesome.The food is very average.Our final stay was at Ishaan Villa at Amritsar for one night. The hotel is superb with ethnic touch.The food is delicious and the services are wonderful.The ambiance is delightful, too very much to the tune of Amritsar.This was the best stay of the trip.Overall, I would give the arrangements 3.5 out of 5.The rating would have gone up if the hotels in Manali and Shimla were better. Still for the overall comfort and luxury, I would recommend Travel Triangle and Holiday Triangle.I am planning to make a trip to Andaman in the next year and I am already considering handing over the responsibility of arranging the trip to Travel Triangle.Thanks a ton. The trip would be better if the driver knows the languages other than malayalam

Hotels stay was a great experience. .. Car driver was not good. .. All he was interested in was to make commission and use to say that I'll take you to the best place and use to take us to place where prices are high and where his commission was fixed... He also made me pay for his food on 3 occassions. and on t he 2nd last day when I told him to take to Poovam he agreed .. saying I'll book the boat for you for 2500. when I checked with the hotel they said they will do it for 1300 .. I told the driver to drop us to their other hotel property he spoke rudely to me... and said if you did the boat with hotel and tell them only to drop you. . Just because he will not get commission. .. Because of his personal benefits I wasted lot of money by buying things at a higher price Stays in all my hotels. . especially Poovam
