Overall good experience good accommodation and food. Cab service is extremely good. Mr Nouphel (cab driver) guided well in all places.

I had to pay for extra bed which I did not use..and it was requested over and above the package ...which they could have charged on usage...and the houseboat was not at all good...it was very old and poorly maintained ....broken windows... dusty..rusty and old rags and awfully smelly blankets were used ...it was the worst houseboat... other houseboat looked perfect..they have booked the cheapest houseboat they could..crew members were old and impatient..they got irritated when my kids were playing around...very bad experience... Our second driver Nouphel was very good and helpful too..

Hotels were really good. Services of hotels were also upto the mark. Vehicle could have been better. Driver was courteous but he also took us places which were not mentioned in itinerary and chargeable and skipped many places in munnar saying closed or can't be done by this vehicle, even thought those places were mentioned in itinerary. If these things are mentioned in itinerary, tourists can prepare for them well in advance. I was told by driver that real munnar can be seen only by off roading vehicle and we were stuck with jeep safari chosen by driver. We didn't know what we would miss if we opted out. I immediately tried to call agent and they tried to help but they were also not very clear what was going on the ground. Their option was that it's optional instead of clearly telling me what would I miss if I don't opt for jeep safari. Overall a great trip with good service by agent and an okay vehicle. Thanks.

In hotel there is no channels to see and boat house they are not allowed to use tv.. 1st they told there is no cabel to connect TV. After some time I'm suddenly go out and seeing they are watching TV.

Most of the trip Spent in Travel instead of Sight Seeing and Enjoying. May be Hotel located should be located near by most sight seeing.

Kerala Date Jul 18, 2019 Every thing was supercool. Trip was awesome. Kerala is the place I never wanted to leave and it's the place I'd like to visit again with Travel Traingle. Mrs. Mamta from Travel Unbounded has also been helpful throughout the trip asking for any problems and whereabouts. I would love to plan my next holidays with them. Driver Vanny was good manner. Munnar was the first destination for us at Kerala. This place has never ending beauty as such that My words aren't enough to explain. Backwaters Allepuzha nice to feel the house floating on water. It's a must do tour. I guess as this place is known for its greenery and the best time to see greenery is after the first Monsoon shower right. Clouds covering mountains is also a sight to see. I can feel I am taking Kerala in my good memories. People say food here is bad and cooked in coconut oil. It's not true, it's good in taste. Kerala God's Own Country Thank You Travel Unbounded :)

It was a great stay in every hotel. I went Kerala and everything was planned according to the iteneries. Mr. Sanjeev is also very cooperative. Overall it was a very grt stay every hotel was clean and neat. Kerala is truely a god's own country. Food in Munnar could be better. Hotel has to add authentic Kerala food in the menu.
