Houseboat was booked as Three star AC Deluxe but in reality it was not like that.. Cleanliness and maintenance was much required.. Greenery and nature of Kerala is really good.. enjoyed a lot

Had issues in Munnar Hotel where Room wasn't as per request. But Team manged to work with hotel staff and provided good room. Surely not happy with arrangements at Aleppy on houseboat. Houseboat was of poor quality and for an occasion I had requested Cake, which was worse. Food wasn't served on White Rose houseboat. Team should look for other good service providers. Overall team was very courteous and attended calls and complains openly.
