House boat was not that great , it was not too neat compared to other boats and the food sbar was same from previous day till next day ..same fish fry for afternoon n night...AC filter had so much dust that it was not working properly later my hubby cleaned everything ... over not much happy about the stay in both boat house n spice jungle no water next day in spice jungle for entire resort breakfast s not good at all .. Cab driver was good ...

Hotel Elephant route wasn't good enough, I have given 4 star for Hotel cuckmere in Munnar. One thing I want to highlight , travel agency confirmed me the booking of one hotel but later denied as it was not available. This is not acceptable but I had no choice i already did part of payment. This kind of practice should not be encouraged and needs to be corrected at right time.

There was lot of chasing done by travel triangle for this. Bookings were arranged well in time. Well coordinated by Mamta and Sanjeev. Was not knowing about this earlier...worth the money and time spent. Green woods resort Thekkady is a very good property suggested by you. Do not recommend India vacation houseboat to any of your guests ... No activity planned for the evening...they were not switching on the AC till 9pm...worst part of the trip...could have been better managed

It was a wonderful travel experience right from inception. Service had been hassle free and smooth, especial mention of Mamta from travel unbound who assured and convinced us to take the service was very cordial and proactive. Cab driver Benny assigned to us was perfect guide to take us to areas of our interest. I would recommend this site and travel services to my known friends and relatives. Keep up the good job!! Munnar was very especial and arrangement was well done at hotel.

Overall i had a great experience with Travel Unbounded . Before going i was a bit tensed as we had two elderly persons with us and i was worried about the accomodations but when i got there all my confusions cleared . The hotels were great , cab was excellent and also our cab driver was very polite and very helpful. Our organiser madam was excellent and helped me to get info about the places i chose (i chosemy own places to visit rather than a pre organised package) and she kept inquiring about how was our trip going on and helped in every way possible. We faced no difficulties at all. I would definately love to travel with travel unbounded again in my next trip to kerala (as me and kerala are still not done yet!).......

Thekkady could have been omitted

It was the most amazing thing trip we had all thanks to driver riyaaz and trip coordinator mamta . driver riyaaz helped us everywhere ,very friendly and helpful also they provided us all promised properties that was also vey appreciating .but there are also many other expenses just know them before you go trip . hotel of munnar and thekkedy was awesome ,elephant bath in thekkedy and houseboat experience was also good

It was very good trip and lot of good memories planned by Travel Unbounded. Mamta was very helpful in planning and coordination for the trip. Also she supported and sharing some hotels details in Ernakulam for early morning stay. Cab driver Ramdas also help us to explore the places very nicely. We took lots of memories from all the places. I was fully satisfied with Houseboat and its services were very good. Only negative point is the Spice Jungle resorts in munnar and the resorts water quality.

Kerala is beautiful but people of kerala is very polite and helpful... It made our journey very memorable.. Travel Agent travel unbounded gave best service and very prompt including Cab Driver and co ordinator.. I would definitely like to revisit kerala again and recommend my friends this travel agent Jeep safari was very memorable... Driver is very nice person.. He made journey very joyful...
