Overall is very good, boat house and some places are not good, Sweet house

Hotel service is too bad, no channels available on tv,

I have requested Three weeks before to Cancel One Location; and add one more day in same hotel, and its not happening, Wife and Kids getting vomit on entire travel from One location to another location in Ghat section.

I used Travel Triangle and a few people reached out to me with different quotation but I went with Travel Unbounded as they were happy to customise according to my needs. But I really need to point out: DRIVER 1. We did not get the car we were promised and the car had a half broken glass. 2. Our drivers kept changing and we were given the wrong details of the person and car. 3. Driver hardly knew any Hindi and nor did he know good which made our trip more than just difficult. 4. Driver stressed us to go places that he thought were worth going too even when they were out of the way. 5. The first driver took parking money from us whereas the second driver never asked for it. So was it on us or no? 6. The driver took us to the beach where we could only spend 20 mins knowing the fact we only had half a day. If we would have known kovalam beach was next to our hotel and we would have loved to have a dip there instead of preferring a boat ride AGAIN. CULTURAL ACTIVITIES 1. We were asked by the driver to see kathakali at twice saying its one of the best. 2. We were repeatedly asked to do safari whereas, we could have considered some other thought over options. 3. The house boat was platinum but smelled of petrol the whole time we were in the room, which even had an AC. Also, we understand Kerala tourism is taken seriously by the state govt but really didn't feel like we had a say in what we wanted to do or how we felt. And It really matters how your driver describes the place and curates the trip for you and your compatibility with him. But overall I really think if we would have had another person with a different attitude, we would have remembered more happy stuff than just this.

I must say that the trip of kerala was awesome.The trip coordination of the official from Travel Unbounded was superb.I gave special thanks to Ms.Mamta who look after at every instances and follow up the ratings of each and every things like Cab, Hotel, Breakfast, Tour, Places to visit in kerala was appropriate or not etc. Mamta is a back-end of things like our safety, security and good manager of handling queries, solved problem immediately. I must say that if any body would have plan to visit kerala or any other trip try to connect with Mamta from Travel Unbounded and give your travel estimates to her she can resolve your problem and make your family trip with sweet and lovable memories.

Overall it was a great experience in Allepey and Cherai. Our driver was very friendly and trustworthy. The houseboat and resort were good and the service was also satisfactory. However, the resort in Munnar didn't stand up to our expectations, being a so-called "three star" resort. And nothing was done as such when we raised our concern of small and clumsy room. all in all it was a good experience. Still there is a room of improvement, which I hope would be done during our next trip. :)

It was a wonderful experience.... Thanks Travel Bound for making it happen. Many to Mention But House Boat At Allepey Was The Best Memory.

Overall the package planned was good. Sight seens were not covered to that extent.

Houseboat was booked as Three star AC Deluxe but in reality it was not like that.. Cleanliness and maintenance was much required.. Greenery and nature of Kerala is really good.. enjoyed a lot

Had issues in Munnar Hotel where Room wasn't as per request. But Team manged to work with hotel staff and provided good room. Surely not happy with arrangements at Aleppy on houseboat. Houseboat was of poor quality and for an occasion I had requested Cake, which was worse. Food wasn't served on White Rose houseboat. Team should look for other good service providers. Overall team was very courteous and attended calls and complains openly.
