I never thought i would be this happy with a tour operator. First things first.. We had a challenging booking since we didn't want to visit Munnar and had 5 days at disposal. Mamta, worked with us relentlessly to get us a package we wanted, at a reasonable price. There were at least 6-7 revisions on package and she did it happily. A day before the tour, driver Afeef calls us about details of our flight and is there when we landed. He knows the places really well and helped us customise the visit by adding places that was not part of itinerary, based on our interest. He even shared the history of places and thereby making the visit, way more resourceful. Hotels were good and had amazingly supportive staff. I am glad I took this trip with Travel Unbounded and will urge everyone to go ahead with no doubts about the operators.

overall it was very good trip except the experience of house boat. The travel Agent is very prompt in their services and meet our expectation.

Travel Unbounded managed whole trip seamlessly. Mamta ma'am who arrange all itinerary and places for the trip was great. Cab driver Riyas also help us to explore the places very nicely. We took lots of memories from all the places. Hotel misty lake is also nice place to stay. Aminities in resort are enough to enjoy the place. Full of big trees experience us as we are staying in jungle resort.

driver was not supportive as he doesn't speak Hindi And English well. lack of communication is there in trip.

Tour planning was excellently planned by Mamta from Travel Unbounded. Hotels booked were good. Stay and Morning walk conducted by Spice Jungle Resort.

Good trip with nice arrangements thekkadi could have been avoided

Always try location based travel agency, a hypothetical plan was drafted, what i shared, not based on ground reality. resulted in over costing, with no benefits.

I really had a very pleasant and comfortable trip. Thanks Travel Triangle for make it a fun and memorable trip for us. The hotel, the cab facility, the entire booking process and all our queries were very well taken care off. Our jeep safari ride in Munnar was one of the best memory. We also had a good time staying at BambooDale Resort. It was a very beautiful property right in the heart of nature. The staff their was so friendly and courteous. We had a peaceful time.

This was the first trip to Kerala for my family. We all loved the houseboat experience. My parents enjoyed the stay and overall experience was good.

The local destinations you suggested we visit were amazing as were the people we meet on our short stay in Kerala. Accommodation and the houseboat for first class. The gentle reminders from our agent on the following days activities were greatly appreciated and a comfort to first time travellers in India.
