Starting location that are Gangtok, Lachung, Pelling was amazing..hotels and cabs all were good over there but when we came to Darjeeling it was all ruined, be it for hotels there, be it for the cab and driver there, that was the last spot of our tour. From the starting we were so happy with the services we have offered with but when it comes to the post trip communication and support, there were no response...And that is the only reason we have stopped using this platform.

Experience in Valley vista hotel in Gangtok is very bad. Other hotels are decent and cabs driver are also good expect for Gamgtok location
