We enjoyed our trip very well, travel agent organised everything perfectly. hotels are very good and all location covered as per itinerary.

Travel agents not planned my tour properly, sometimes I feel waste of my time sitting at hotel.

Hotel at Gangtok Valley vista resort was not good however at Darjeeling Udaan zimbala was very good. Timely pick up and drop.

Travel Triangle and Himalayan vacation planned my Sikkim and Darjeeling trip very professionally and i would strongly recommend them.However it would have been nice if the itinerary for sightseeing at Gangtok and Darjeeling was shared with me and the taxi driversbecause none of the cab drivers knew about the plan of the day.Rest all was good.

Himalayan Travel provided good services. But make sure to keep artefacts / chats backup whatever they commit because their frontdesk / Helpdesk person is not reliable. We had some issues due to that but thanks to Mr. Aditya from Himalyan Travel who resolved all the quickly. Travel traingle people did not interfare in any dispute and had to resolve by mutual understanding with Himalayan Travel only. Overall our trip was awesome despite of some minor misunderstandings and mesh created by their helpdesk person. Thank you Himalayan Travels...

Hotels are not as per expectations. Worst maintenance. Cab drivers are good hearted and very friendly as well.

Overall the trip was a pleasant one. But at certain places we had to face difficulties. Like the hotel named Dragon In at which we first checked in was not at all up to mark inrespect of hospitality,food etc. There was reluctancy in their services. Things ordered were always delayed. Had a very bad experience for 4 days. Trip was overall a peaceful and pleasant one. But at few places we got stuck due to landslides and heavy rains.

1) Darjeeling Hotel rooms quality was good but food service was not at all upto the mark 2) Darjeeling cab service was good. 3) Gangtok Hotel room quality and food service was good but non-veg items not available. 4) Gangtok cab quality was good but the driver service was very poor.

travel Triangle and Himalayan travels agents have worked at the best to put forward a best trip . if there had been well coordinated and more pre planned the trip would have been good.the trip had a lot of wastage in time due to inefficient driver coordination. none. we missed more or less all the places planned to visit.

Travel Triangle can surely be an option recommended for your trip. I was in fact, looking for a Travel Advisor and not an Agent. Unnecessary trips could have been avoided and make travel the experience pleasant. Well, Travel Triangle helped sort the travel agent and the same travel agent helped find local travel agent so I appreciate the coordination but this is not B2C business and there is a long chain. Also, neither Travel Triangle or the travel agents have control over the Hotel service or vehicle drivers and this ecosystem needs serious thought. Though Travel Triangle team were prompt in response and also created a support system by Whatsapp group to assist during the trip. So this was kind of some support.
