Gangtok - hotel dragon Inn was good, but breakfast quality was pathetic both day. Gangtok guide Ajay rai, a very good guy and really helpful. Darjeeling hotel taktsang location was pathetic, lot of walk, far from main road, also room quality was bad. Darjeeling guide pradhan was also nice guy. Thanks travel Triangle and Himalayan travel for such nice trip Both guide treated us like family. Help every manner, guide really well, even helped us in shopping.

I am booked in Traveltriangle, I am received quotation from Himalaya Travelling. Based on their very positive tripadvisor reviews, we booked a 5 days trip of Sikkim. I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. The driver were friendly and courteous and even the hotel which they have chosen was splendid. The receptionist and the employers we're very kind to us, the meals which they served was delicious. The driver was always on time they were right on time and shown us tour spot properly due to which we haven't missed anything. In these 5 days we haven't felt any absense of something instead we we're able to see there utmost efforts they did for us. Overall it was a great trip and we enjoyed alot !

Honeymoon trip to Sikkim and Darjeeling -------- Joshan Limbu took care of my North East honeymoon trip, it was very well planned, Joshan always followed up for all the details, communication was clear and the whole trip was very smooth. 5 days cabs came at time and till evening, airport transfer was very timely, the whole team was very polite and genuine. Joshan is very polite and humble guy, I thanks him for so much help. He'll call you to clarify and confirm details which is much appreciated. We started our trip with beautiful scenery and extremely comfortable hotels in Gangtok, pelling and darjeeling. After reaching thimphu we came to know that thori resort had no clue that they were expecting us as guests. There was no food available and hotel denied even the breakfast saying the hotel owner took the keys of the storage. The tour manager in thimphu was extremely rude and was not even ready to listen to what we were saying. In fact we received the reply from him that 'you chose the hotel, now you deal with it'. After extremely well arranged trip in sikkim, thimphu arrangements were a total disappointment. Everything about Sikkim. Hospitality at the Tiger's Nest resort. Trek to tiger's nest monastery. Efficient and skilled cab drivers.

Sikkim as a tourist destination is a delight. The place is clean in spite of continuous tourist flow, people are very friendly and helpful. The place has a very positive feel to it. Cannot say the same about Darjeeling - it is over-rated. The place is very dirty and ill-maintained.

Hotel should be improved, they did not cleaned every day and didnt changed the blankets every day and there is not heater in the room. As the area is more cloudy it is mandatory to choose the hotel with heater. Driver, some places..

First of all, I thank the agent Sabitri Bhujel of Himalayan travels for assisting us in everything during our trip. The drivers are helpful,polite and are on time. The hotel at gangtok and darjeeling is better but the hotel which they provided in lachung is not at all worth of money. It is not at all in a good condition and the rooms are smelling very badly. In lachung, we didnot get permission for yumthang valley which was part of our package itinery. We have asked them to provide alternate sight seeing to katao, but they have charged us extra amount of 3000 rs. As we have no other alternative, we have paid the extra amount of 3000 rs to the driver to visit katao. I recommend people to ask for alternate sightseeing and their confirmations in prior before booking package. Since most of the places like yumthang valley,nathula pass,tsomgo lake in sikkim need permissions, people should get confirmations of altenate sightseeings before booking packages. Overall it was a good travel experience and I thank heartfully Sabitri Bhujel of Himalayan Travels for making our travel memorable.

Deepraj and team at Himalayan Travels were very communicative, responsive, and helped make our trip very memorable. We had a great time, everything was well-arranged and I definitely recommend for this kind of a trip. Had a great experience!

I hv booked for Darjeeling &Gangtok through Himalayan Travels.Often 3 quotes obtained,in which Himalayan Travels always quotes the lowest rates.While Darjeeling was good,the Gangtok was not so good.As the sikkim package was outsourced by Himalayan Travels to some other local agents on the lowest quoted rates basis even without considering the itinerary for which they have charged extra.The local outsourced operator followed their own standard itinerary and not considered our customized itinerary . Amount of Rs 28000/- has been charged for customized itinerary but bill of Rs 24000/- has been given for standard itinery.I hv claimed a refund of Rs 4000/- for deficiency in services,for which I have not yet get any feed back or assurance. Bad memories of a tense morning dated 04/04/19,which has spoiled complete holiday mood. Himalayan Travels good for Darjeeling, but not good for Sikkim trip. Always choose a local operator for customized itinerary.

Over all trip was good , however there is couple of note regarding about room amenities and driver communication Ninnamma hotel food was disgusting too oily ,Elite hotel we had worst experience that poor staff behavior and no one take responsibility , We were asking towel no one brought it and not responsive answer from reception, as well the last day breakfast not ready until 7:30 am . Driver's should understand English in at least basic level but there was very difficult to communicate with them.

Extremely happy with the travel offered by Himalayan Travels. But the distance to the hotel offered at Darjeeling is too far which is discomfort for my mother.

The hotel at kaziranga, Dhanashree Resort had lovely ambiance. But the morning breakfast buffet was pathetic.
