Kerala has been a total bliss for us.. from emerald green munnar to backwater of kumarakom ,every place gave us a sense of fulfilment ,peace and happiness. we are ending our trip at @lakesong kumarakom - a sprawling property on the bank of vembanad lake .can't explain in words the joy we derived from staying at this resort .its beautiful and well equipped with superior facilities, and its and its hospitality is impeccable . a special thanks to great Indian vacations for making our vacations all the more special and memorable . All my Hotels and rooms were very nice and clean, and specially the hospitality of Munnar and Aleppy Houseboat crew were out of the world. Munnar, Thekkady Hotels were awesome. Houseboat was great and perfect for a small family. The Houseboat cruise has become a lifetime memory for me. The driver was great and he has given extra effort to show me the Wild Elephants passing in Madupetty and that happened due to that extra effort by the driver. He has helped us explore to the deep. Although wildlife sighting in a normal journey without a safari is total luck but our driver made that dream come true for us. How these 6 days passed, I couldn't even imagine. I would like to take another trip to another side of Kerala may be next year with this same Travel Agent Biju Paulouse. The Entire Tour. Specially wild elephant sighting in the Madupetty Forest, The Backwater cruise, Eravikulam National Park, Periyar Tiger Reserve Safari through the Lake.

We have booked a Kerala tour package with Travel Triangle through Great Indian Vacations. Mr. Biju has organised a best itinerary for us to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Our Driver (Sudheesh Kumar) was nice, helpful and good guide as well. We were delighted to experience houseboat and North Kerala backwaters. It was really a wonderful experience for us and we enjoyed our trip the most. Cons: 1. We stayed in Breeze resort at Munnar in Kerala for 2 nights, the mattress in our room wasn't comfortable at all. Once, we lie down it gets separated and huge gap in between the two single mattress in double bed. 2. At Samudra Theeram Beach Resort, There were hardly 3-4 staff running the entire hotel. So obviously, the guests will suffer from their services. They were neither professional nor anticipated. TV was not placed in our room. We ordered Ala- carte Dinner wherein most of the items were not available as per the menu. Items which were available and ordered were tasteless and even quantity was not appropriate as per price quoted. It's just a suggestion to please look into it. Rest all good. Pros: At Samudra Theeram Beach Resort, room was comfortable with a nice view. At Periyar Meadows Hotel, Room was nice and cozy. Staff were professional and courteous. This was our first trip with Great Indian Vacations and it lived up to our very high expectations. It was a wonderfully organized trip with beautiful house boat and swimming spots, great hikes, and fascinating lectures on the region and history. The Resort and house boat ⛵ was beautiful, comfortable, and excellently crewed. The guide Cum driver (Mohammed Yousuf)was wonderfully informed and participated enthusiastically in all the activities. A shout-out also to the local guides who each brought their own perspective.
