Driver is not good. He always urge us in all the places. Because of him we have placed a problem with the peoples. And his attitude is very poor and also he doesn't takes us to the itenary places. Saying that all the places are closed. But the peoples are saying it is open. And the hotels which he stopped for food is not good quality. And he always think his benefit only. Because of his words we taken one boat ride which is not worth for 2500 rupees. And also he doesn't say even bye to us when he dropped us in airport. Very worst attitude

Hotel Castle Rock was bad: noisy, highly used towels, unclean room; though they tried to help. Bamboo Dale treehouse was good but not on a tree, less food options at breakfast and dinner. Houseboat was very hot, somewhat better due to the AC. The cook took good care, though. Driver could have covered the schedule better. The last 2 days, he was late and hurried us through. Biju was helpful.

We have a good experiences with Travel triangle... All are went well. Only concern was that it was very rouse time and we were unable to visit any place in munnar. Apart from that we didn't face any issue from travel triangle agent or hotel or tempo traveller. Best memories we had in houseboat.. It was so cool and service was so friendly. We enjoyed a lot on house boat.. It was really a great experience.

The hotel in Munnar was of my own choice, it was not recommended by the travel agent, nevertheless the hotel was very poorly maintained. On the second day we left without breakfast as even the breakfast left much to be desired. However, the houseboat also wasn't in very good condition. The staff at the houseboat was very good and very helpful. I want to tke special mention of my driver Firos, who was extremely professional and co-operative. He never complained about any detours that he had to take and was most helpful during the entire trip.

Hi Team, This mail is regarding the package which we took from travel triangle and I would like to start by thanking Namit from Kerala Expedition who helped us for our Kerala trip in the best possible way. We took 3 days 2 night package for group of 9 people for Allepey and Munnar. And I must say that the entire staff was very cooperative and kind be it the boat house staff, camp staff in Munnar or travel triangle staff. I would really give them 4/5 stars for their cooperative and helpful behavior. 1 point I deducted as there is always a scope for improvement
