5 star to “Great Indian Vacations” and 1 star for travel triangle as they have some of the representatives in their team who have some temper issues. They were very rude while assisting us during this trip. One of the members from finance team of travel triangle hung up on us on the very first day of our trip. He was not at all listening to the issue and shouting on us regarding payments.. ill mannered or trained.On contrary,The travel Agent, Biju has arranged our trip perfectly.He made sure that we totally enjoy our trip. The driver,Sebin was also good. He recommended many good places to have lunch or dinner. Here whatever I type is less, i have got grt experience from great indian vocation, it was ultimate trip, thanks to travel Triangle. The driver cum Tour guide mr. vimal was one of the best person , i can't forget his friendly attitude and always ready at any time to go anywhere..all I can give 5star to everybody.. Only i can say hotel breeze munnar property is very nice but they need to improve their breakfast. Hotel jungle park at Thekddy i can give them 5 star nice property nice room yummy breakfast. We had an awesome time in Kerala. The only concerns that we had were - 1. In Tea Valley resort, Munnar Airtel network wasn't there and so they should speed up their wi-fi at least. 2. The Houseboat wasn't upto our expectation. The whole trip has been customized according to our preference and so we really had a great time there. Thanks to Travel Triangle and Great Indian Vacation.

I am extremely happy that I booked my kerala trip through Great Indian Vactions (Mr. Biju Paulose). Starting from Kochi our trip continued to Munnar,Thekkedy,Alleppey and everything was so nicely arranged by Biju Sir that we didn't have to bother even for a second.Rooms and Services offered in Villa Vista (kochi) and all hotels were excellent in all respect. Our tour guide cum cab captain Sabins was great in explaining everything.He helped us to witness kalari show more enthusiastically.. Biju Sir made my Kerala trip even more memorable ... The hotel was very good. Houseboat was good and the houseboat staff were excellent and cooperative. Driver will wait at various locations for your purchase and sight seeing.
