It was my 1st ever trip with my spouse. The trip journey started from the day I started communicating with Mr. Biju. He acted more like best travel guide instead of being a trip organizer. The cab driver Anish became our friend from the 1st moment we interacted though there was scheduled plan for our trip but with his experience we were able to make extra out of our itinerary. Care taker Mr. Baby at Villa vista greeted us in great way. We had build strong friendship. At the end from trip itinerary to immediate response to our query, hassle free stay at hotels , in city and inter city transport was appreciating. We had a great trip again special thanks to Mr. Biju, Mr. Baby and Anish :) Surely I will suggest traveller to atleast speak with Biju you will experience from that point only that you are going to experience great trip. Sea food at Villa vista along with candle light dinner. Relaxing cruising at alleppy and a video shoot in tree plantation at munnar by Anish :)

Food quality was not good at Ayur Green Resort, Munnar....they have very limited options on their Menu, we have to eat what they have cooked, cab driver Anish was very patient and friendly.

Very disappointed with cab driver...apart from this everything is Good.... on time response from great india vacations. But Cab driver is not at all interested to show the places n take around... Always trying to waste time by just taking to the shops...

1- Hotel at Munnar (Munnar Breeze)had hot water related problems and the food was too over-rated. 2- Food quality was not good as a lot of spices were mixed in every dish 3- Hotel at Thekaddy (Spice Villa) also had hot water related problems and it was too far from Thekaddy(18 Km). Everytime there was a need to call the reception for any issues. 1- Driving with Mr Muhammad was too awesome. He was very helpful and took us to extra spots too when had time. 2- Mr Muhammad guided us & fed us with much information.

Go for Great Indian Vacation. No hassles, everything was booked and ready as promised. Quality driver, did not utter a word unnecessarily, very quiet and highly professional. The Lake View Resort at Munnar was excellent for a family vacation and Villa Vista at Cochin greeted us with homely atmosphere at star hotels quality.

We got multiple quotes from different agents. After back and forth communication, Great India Vacations seemed reliable, reasonable and flexible. And to our surprise everything was arranged so well. Thanks to our agent. Great india vacations quoted with a different hotel, but we wanted to go with the Swiss County hotel after seeing the reviews. Even though we have booked for regalia suite, they have upgraded it to alpine suite at no extra cost as it was available and it has a balcony with beautiful view. Staff were very friendly and treated us very well, they even arranged a surprise candle light dinner. We liked the food very much. Our cab driver Sijo was very patient and friendly, speaks English and Hindi which helped us alot. Staff in the houeboat also treated us very well and the food was very good.
