The travel planning and booking process was smooth. The travel agent was helpful and guided me well. The hotel and travel arrangements were also very good, we loved the property. The ride on the sea plane was especially very good.

We booked hotel based on agent's recommendation where the hotel was in Chikmangalore main town itself, we expected at hill area like kodaikanal.. which was not explained by the agent. So we had huge disappointment on the same. And we visited the place during restriction time so we cant able to visit all the sight seeing mentioned in the agent's quote. So we asked reduction of cab rent for non visited sight seeing place but not supported by agent
