I was very pleased with the service that I received from our Travel Agent Sahil Nanda and the team Book It Forget It. Every time I reached out for help with my travel needs your team did an excellent job. The trip was very good and well planned which made it memorable for us!

The trip was memorable... I would like to give 5 star to houseboat.. Boatman and cook were very friendly... Food was excellent... I loved the hospitality... Everything was just perfect. We stayed in Raarees Mist resort.... Food was good... But we didn't get any view from executive room as we expected... There was no housekeeping...otherwise it was good trip..

Overall the service was good. The agent is always ready and willing to help. The rooms of all the hotels were neat and clean with appropriate services. The food in Munnar hotel was very nice. Needs improvement in the houseboat food experience.

Everything was good. I can say this trip was ok but ya can be improved much. Following points i want to highlight which require improvement: 1) Cab booked was AC sedan but driver kept denying for keeping AC on & it was really too hot in afternoon. 2) Driver was not much aware about routes. After reaching wayanad, he was asking routes of spot to us. I felt extreme pressure in searching spots sequence so that max places can be covered. 3) Trip was not at all clear to driver. 4) Hotel breakfast start timing is really late. I requested them in night for early breakfast that time they told yes but in morning there was no readiness. So we got late in starting and cannot complete all the places after getting ready early & rushing up for the remaining places. At last, i felt trip can be far better if its informed clearly to driver or trip planner will tell the sequence n routes to driver so that the person can enjoy the trip peacefully. I felt it unsatisfactory.

Overall experience has been good & we enjoyed the trip. While breakfast & snacks at Kovalam hotel were not up to the expected standards , houseboat was well equipped & staff was courteous & had a good service attitude. Kanyakumari hotel was good & we enjoyed the stay. Motor boat cruise to Poovar island & Jataya earth centre are must-do & memorable experiences.

Everything went smooth but little bit disappointed Sara hotel. No cleanliness nd bad smell from the room.we asked for alternative room they denied to give us. Treehouse A1 property and that top view was really amazing Boat house is just awesome.

Overall trip planning was good. Stay at coorg heights hotel was awesome, good food and good view from room. Driver was very calm and showed great interest in showing places. Thanks to bookitforgetit and travel triangle.. for being one POC, had a peaceful tour. Kudos to the planning team.

Incredible Kerala! We booked a 5-days Honeymoon tour in Kerala with TravleTriangle, & Vikas Ghalot, who was travel representative, his response time was very fast, my additional questions were answered quickly by him and overall I had a good feeling while booking the package. Our trip included Kochi, Munnar, Thekkedy, & Alleppey (the houseboat). The journey was just amazing!!! Kerala is beautiful and full of surprises. Amazing nature, beautiful tea plantations and mountains, lakes, the seaside - the place offers everything for a fantastic vacation! But our trip wouldn't have been so amazing if not for our driver, Mr. Sanjeev. He was THE BEST driver we have ever had! Sanjeevji was passionate about his job and about Kerala, his home place and his command on Hindi & English was very good!! He was so eager to show us most beautiful spots, to take us to some amazing places, to share with us his vast knowledge about the plants, the animal world, the spices and the food, the Indian culture, mentality and specially traditions. We had a feeling we were traveling with a friend, and indeed, Sanjeevji has become our friend! He is a great driver, fast, always punctual, and most important, he is caring about his guests and has a very big heart. We saw the Yodha Kalari show (just so amazing!!!) and we always felt safe and welcome. Local people in Kerala were so kind and always smiling - fantastic hospitality! The ride on the houseboat in the backwaters however was just great and we felt well taken care of by the team at the houseboat. We spent whole day and night on the houseboat. Overall, the experience of the houseboat is not to be missed in Kerala. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and colleagues to visit Kerala and book TravelTiangle and Mr. Sanjeev. Thank You! Every day in Kerala was mesmerising.

It was a great experience, faced no issues during the entire trip. Got the cheapest deal and included all our requirements from 4 star to 5 star hotel stay, disciplined driver, and well-maintained vehicle for local commute. Agents (Vikas & Sahil) of Book it and Forget it were also very patient, accomodating, and quick in responding to itinerary change requests. (which were a lot from my end).

It was good trip to Kerala. Management could have been better. Itinerary was not followed as mentioned..Mr kishan from Book it fotrget it was helpful.. driver could have been better as there was communication problem..Hotels n staff were good..
