Because of flight delay, time wasted, otherwise no issues from agency side. houseboat experience was best. The driver was good. He knew his work very well.

Planned good by agent but payments not done on time to hotels and cab. at time of checkout hotel kept us waiting as they didn't receive payment on time. hotel Ayur green resorts and spa was pathetic.

It was fantastic planning this trip with bookitforgetit. The whole team starting from sahil, Anjali and the local contact everyone was very accommodative. We were travelling with a three year old kid at a time when the world was panicking over corona virus. Our guide cum driver Hashitha ensured that the car was thoroughly disinfected, took us to quaint but classy restaurants and maintained his own personal hygiene. The hotels/ resorts we stayed were top rated and we liked the experience overall. Our tour operator called us everyday to check whether everything was as planned and take feedback about our stay and travel. We loved Sri Lanka for its peaceful and welcoming nature. It's clean and an happy environment to be in. Right from cultural hotspots like dumbulla caves, sigiriya rock & Kandy temple to beaches like bentota and Mirissa to wildlife Safari in yala, it's a complete package in itself. The whale watching (we saw two types of whales - pilot whale and blue whale... And two types of dolphins) is an unforgettable experience. It was a week we'll spent. Thanks to bookitforgetit in helping me plan this out effortlessly. Whale watching @ Mirissa, Sigriya rock fortress and pinnawala elephant orphanage.

Transportation was good enough. But exploration was not up to our expectations. Should have took response for all entry fees.

Though travel triangle really tried planning our honeymoon vacation but it all went in vain, since we were not greeted with adequate facilities which were already there in package as when we arrived in maldives as we had to run for lot of things here and there, the main problem that we faced was the food as we had taken jain food but instead we got the sea food and veg food mixed together which really made it difficult for us to have food each time of the day; despite our constant complaints there was no action

Travel Agents Kamayani & Vikas were very helpful. Cab Driver was very professional and he really made our Trip awesome. He coordinate very well with us as per our choices. Things to Improve/Suggestions: In Houseboat, we found very difficult to adjust 3 persons in a room. It should be informed beforehand. No help with carrying luggage from Parking to Rooms in the Houseboat. Karoke Night in Spices Lap, Thekkady Poovar Island Resort, Poovar

Trip was great, travel agent has arranged all the facilities as promised. Reasonable cost and good experience. Would recommend this app to everyone to give a try for any trips.

It was an amazing experience. Book It Forgot It did a great job. All hotels that were booked were pretty good. Shameer from Hira Travels was our driver for 6 days and he was amazing. We is calm and helping and very professional in his service. Overall it has been really good experience and trip. Stay at Rivoluet hotel in munnar. The hotel got some mesmerizing views of river and mountains.

Hotels and hotel services are very delightful and politely given. The food quality and variety is also good so giving 5 starts to it. I am giving 1 start to cab and Driver services. Driver and his service is not cooperating at all during the trip. Some point to highlight Driver carries his own 3 big bags Car does not have Bluetooth facility Patch / tear tire used. Finically are last day tire punctures. Except driver and Cab facility all service were good and charming. Thank you so much.
