Travel agent, Sahil was very helpful, though information provided should be in one go, not on probing. Property service was horrifying, the rannalhi team were treating Indians so badly , it’s shameful. Most horrible customer service I have experienced in my life. NONE. Will never recommend Adaaran properties. They are least bothered or concerned about clients. They need to be thought about customer service and get more exposure regarding global services .

It was a good trip. The management could have however been better. We didn't get to do everything the itinerary entailed, because of Covid restrictions but that could have been managed better with prior information and planning. Overall it was a good service and good trip. Snorkeling and scooba diving. Also the hotel Sea Hill at Port Blair was great.
