It was a nice and refreshing trip. Infact, tentative detailed itinerary and the hotels for stay were proposed by us. Only thing which could have made this trip better and which was missing during the entire trip was expert refinements in the itinerary and the hotels from the Travel Agent i.e. BookItForgeIt to make the trip better and more enjoyable. Cab services were good and the driver was well conversant with the topography of the area, the local rituals, culture and food of the area and he was good both in hindi and english speaking. Hotel at Munnar, The Fog Munnar, was an excellent choice but the hotel at Thekkady i.e. The Coffee Routes, though a very good property was a bit disappointing due to poor management and maintenance. This is my sincere rating. I am looking forward for another trip managed by BookItForgetIt but that time I would be expecting more expert inputs from them.

Superb and fantastic Cochin

Right from day 1 to end date , we got what ever was written and communicated in the mail. There were zero discrepancies with driver or with hotel. The driver was too cooperative and the car was neat and clean. The AC was never stopped forcefully by the driver. We really had an awesome trip. Thanks to Sahil for arranging and communicating everything. Very happy :)

Travel triangle support was very good helped me to get my trip completed successfully as per my requirements and in budget. All hotels, house boat, cab service, everything with our trip was awesome. We really had a great time in Kerala. Elite palazzo Cochin - food and supporting staff & restroom, Summit hampton hotel thekkady - Peaceful delux spacious room, Misty Mountain Munnar - Mesmerising views Cozy room & fresh calm environment , Alleppey house boat stunning views with rain was out of the world. Misty Mountain Hotel in Munnar was superb. One should try that once if plan to go there.

Stayed last week at this wonderful hotel Adaaran Clun Rannalhi. Everything exceeds ones wildest dream of a hotel. On top they have the most wonderful staff, extremely kind and helpful with every wish. This is indeed a place you do not want to leave, and when you do it is with one hope – to come back. Barring one or two initial glitches in getting the booking vouchers, it was smooth sailing!. Once we got all the vouchers, it was an awesome experience :-). The logistics and communication to various teams involved were all taken care of... So five stars for that !!! At no place / situation through the entire trip, we had to check / clarify or call for help ... Thanks for taking care of everything :-) Totally happy with using Travel Triangle & Book it Forget it :-) Amazing paradise resort, the ease of booking the trip and the availability of various options to suit our needs

Though everything went well but things could have been better. Below is my detailed Feedback: 1. Hotel (Summer Castle) in Munnar was 18 Km away from the tourist attractions. We can ignore that once but not the hospitality received at Hotel. No Hot Water in the room, Intercom Not working, WiFi not working, Pathetic Breakfast Menu and Dinner menu not as per what they charge. Overall, Very Poor Experince at Munnar Hotel. 2. Hotel Spice Inn in Thekkady is excellent but it is 12 Kms away from town and its literally on Highway. So You can't really go to market or town for evening walk etc. 3. Cab Driver: He left us under Scorching sun at Alleppy to save Parking charges while we were waiting for House Boat Owner to pick us up . It literally took them 1 hour to pick us . Also, House Boat was not anchored at Starting Point but was there somewhere mid of the Lake. So they arranged a power boat to take us to House boat. This process wasted 1.5 Hours and we checked in House Boat at 1.30 pm instead of 12 pm. Cab Driver always giving some or the other excuses for locations which we wanted to visit. Overall, ok-ok kind of experience (not too good, not too bad) .

maldives trip was like a dream come true kind of thing...it was very wonderful nd memorable trip of us..included parasailing..scooba diving..it was superb..felt like never before..its a beautiful nd very romantic place..we loved it..

We had a wonderful Kerala trip that arranged by Book it forget it. Sahil managed our trip very well and made our trip memorable. Thank you Sahil for everything and we will come back to you soon for further plans if any.

Our agent gave us a great trip, the travel triangle personal Dheeraj Kumar was a real pain to deal with otherwise except for him every thing was excellent!! We had a great time!
