Cab and driver were very good. However selection of hotels need to be improved especially at Guruvayur and Thekkady. Only at Munnar cloud's valley and Houseboat at Alepuza were good. For the value spent the arrangement could have been much better. Clouds valley at Munnar and Houseboat at Alepuza

It was full of confusions & issues . Our trip wasn't not at all as per the liternary. On our first day the driver who picked us wasn't available on second day .Due to driver unavailability our second day journey didn't go as per the iternary . Due to which on third day we reached late on our destination and couldn't visit more places . This trip was not at all organized . iternanry wasn't updated bcz of that we faced issues while check-in in hotel

The only best part about the whole travel experience was the cab and the driver. He was the best driver ever. The hotel was good, services were good, but i wasn't given the room i specifically asked for, I'm hoping for a money back for that, but didn't even get an apology so that's a disappointment. The Houseboat I stayed was clean but the room's door had a broken latch, had to get it repaired. The Houseboat was parked at a very very dirty dock in the night, very much disappointed at that. I don't know what you guys can do about it, but do something. Thanks.

Management of travel agents was not very good. Payment from my side was complete, still transport driver agency was not paid by travel agency until last day.. I had some issue with house boat.. travel agents were uncooperative in that also.

in Kaula Lampur we didn't have the city tour properly. We were shown only Petronos and KL tower only. Neither kings palace, mosque, national monument ,Chinese temple were shown.This is disappointing.even we were made to wait 3 hrs in airport for pickup after arrival in Kaula Lampur from Visakhapatnam.

My wife and I generally enjoyed the whole trip. The cab driver behavior did put us off as he wanted to control our trip. The hotel in Kovalam was below our expectation. We enjoyed the Houseboat stay a lot. The Munnar hotel could have done better. Finely, the stay in Kochi was enjoyed a lot. On the whole, Kerala, the area we visited, is so nice and beautiful. The trip was worth the effort.
