Book It Forget It

Thank you book it forgot it, we Njoyed it. Best was kovalam beach.

Accommodation and foods are very bad.

Trip arrangements are good but after payment there is no proper response from the agent 'Book it forget it' may be they forget the user after booking.... The best part is our cab driver SAJEEV he is very helpful, he is having good knowledge on hotels in munnar, alleppey etc.,

Everything was good except car driving.. Rose garden, Alleppey trip was good.

I am very much disappointed by the services of the travel agent. He wasn’t available on call many times. The room that was booked, was wrong for one of the nights. The hotel in Cochin was very bad. I was promised late checkout for the houseboat and when time came, he refused to agree to his commitment.

We did not have a very satisfied tour experience. They skipped important site seeing places like Elephanta beach & Ross Island. Both the places had lot of activities. We were told the hotels are of 3 Star standard. But it was not of that standard. The G-International do not even have a lift. The rooms were too cramped at both the places. Accommodating the 3rd bed was really difficult. The local tour manager Mr.Majid never used to pickup the phone or never took any responsibilities. I think too many layers of handlers when booked through Travel Triangle.The information does not pass on to the right person.

House boat was not up to the mark. they serve dinner outside of our room and there were n no of mosquitoes which later fell in our plates. TV channels was not working in the houseboat. the hotel which we got was 5 star but in reality it was no where close to 2 star hotel. fan nob was missing. there were no dustbin in room. Shower was not working properly . on second day no TV channel was working . wify was damn slow on second day. We have called multiple times at reception regarding TV and wify but didn't got any help. Overall experience was not good . it was not at all worthy....

Very very bad experience in House boat Stay . Not at all Hygenic and Maintained properly . Food is very very very very worst and also Not Hygenic . Rooms are also not good .

Everything is good and safe to have a trip by using travel triangle.

It was a very well planned 5 days trip to Kerala including: Munnar, Thekkady & Alleppy. Thanks to the Book it forget it team as I didn't have to tweak anything in the itenery from what was initially proposed. We had a Desire car provided for all 5 days with a well informed driver (Subeesh). Broadbean resort, Munnar is an excellent property with courteous staff. Watching Kalaripayattu in Thekkady was a unique experience. Overall food was good in all of the resorts, but the food quality in the houseboat could have been better. Felt food in Broadbean resort was a tad expensive, but no regrets as my kids loved the resort :) All in all family had a memorable time.

You guyz have made my trip a very memorable one. The trips were planned perfectly and so we would use all 9ir time effectively. Havelock was the best among all. The agents were very nice to us and gave all the instructions properly also the cab drivers were also very good. All of them elwere very punctual and so we never wanted to wait for them. Overall am 100% satisfied and thanks alot guyz. Will refer to friends for sure. Candle light dinner in havelock was very nice and we enjoyed that very well. And I felt that will be such a wonderful memory to cherish In our future life. And the scuba was also very very nice. It helped us to see another world which we never saw before.
