Hello Sahil... It was a memorable trip ..thanks for all the arrangements. Car Driver was well known of all places he managed so well with us. Well mannered and soft spoken. Houseboat was well maintained. Hotels were above our expectations.

Wrost experience in Sara hotel. Cab driver is very nice person. We visited almost all points with them.

Verma Trip was very good. The services of travel partner in Singapore was also commendable.

Book it forget it is a good agency to book for kerla trip.. they give instant options on all ur customize requests.. but upon advance payment they tell u all hidden conditions n u feel cheated. But then there is no option.. anyways it was good trip.. no problems anywhere. Specially u should be lucky to get good driver... Like me .. Salam Bhai.. Innova car

Pre trip response was not good. I myself had to follow-up on my booking multiple times instead of agent giving confirmation regarding payments/hotel vouchers/ transfer info etc. During trip the experience was good. Were allocated rooms very easily and quickly. Though we waited for like 1 and half hour at the airport for transfers which was again total wastage of time. We were informed otherwise that we will not have to wait at the airport. Overall it was a good trip. Enjoyed a lot :)

There was a mismatch in the iterinary which we were quoted and the one which was actual. Otherwise, it was an overall great experience and the trip was with it. Sentosa island

Travel agent from Singapore was excellent and was prompt, but the agent from india,i.e book it and forget it actually did as their name is. They booked the tour and then forget to respond whenever i try to contact them. Overall it was pleasant but the hotel J8 that they provided for the last day was pathetic Everything was very good but the best part was genting cruise

In hotel first check in problem guidelines from agents very wrong.... so we suffer 1st day very badly... after that... trip was osmmmm service of driver and namho very good...... osmmm

Got a good deal from Book It Forget it through Travel triangle but they changed the itinerary several times without my permission which is very upsetting part of the trip. Finally got what i have booked & asked for after several rounds of messages and calls. Good response & timely service from Singapore & Malaysia counter part agents. Please don't change the itinerary without proper communication. Best part of the story is they have done a whats app group including me for the trip & that group reacted much faster than contacting the Trip Advisor individually. All the best Travel Triangle

The hotel Fog Resort was nice.. The cab driver was very helpful, polite and friendly. The houseboat was sold as 5 star rated.. It was barely 3 star to be generous in terms of facilities. The houseboat was courteous and nice. The food was real authentic and tasty. But do NOT sell this as 5 star package.
