In mysore we have been allotted MSR international hotel which was not a 3 star but the travel agent claimed it as a 3 star. The hotel was worst with hard bed and hard pillows. Also itinerary provided is not up to date. There are many changes that happened in real time. When there are unexpected changes, the places could have been substituted with the other ones.

Best price guaranteed...yes...the trip to kerala was indeed comfortable and unforgettable. Hotels selection is very important so do discuss it out with your agent and select the best....and i mean it. trip started well... delay in pick up from airport. driver was unaware of the terminal only. what a coordination? attitude of driver was not good, he abused other co passages as well and asked them to leave the vehicle and they actually made them get off this vehicle in mid off road that to with a small kid... we were helpless... in Singapore.... the car was too small in KL if compared as PVT basis. the car was full of aunts.... can you imagine.... black honda city... driver was always full off attitude and no interaction was done with us. All over if i am travelling as a couple than No to your services....

Nothing Aalappuzha boat house is good place to visit.

Since last few months we were planning a small family trip to spend some quality time. After searching few options we landed on Kerala trip and then I started searching for options to visit Kerala, and then I came across TravelTriangle reviews and decided to go with TravelTriangle. Ours was 4 days- 5 nights package which included Cochi-Munnar-Thekkady-Alleppey Houseboat-Cochi including an AC Dezire all time at our disposal, along with all the 3-star hotels booking, including breakfasts at hotel, and all meals and rent of 21-hrs houseboat on backwaters of kerala, excluding our tickets to and from kerala, lunches, dinners, and any entrance fees to any place, if any. We started our trip from Pune and arrived wee hours @cochi airport where we were welcomed by Our driver Kunjumon, he was very decent, polite, and professional, a little bit language problem, no Hindi but we managed with slight english. We enjoyed almost every moment of our holiday in Kerala. The highlights included 2 days @Munnar full of lush green vallys of Tea plantation, breathtaking waterfall views,tour to spice garden, an elephant ride. 1 day @Thekkady, boat riding along the periyar lake and watching some birds and wild animals, Kerala's famous Kathkali performance at night. 1 day @Alleppey Houseboat, it was a wonderful experience of our life. We opt for a private Houseboat which had two bedrooms one kitchen and a common area it had a terrace deck also. We were accompanied by two men 1 Pilot and a cook. The food prepared by Satish was very delicious and the service was very good. Last day we roam around @cochi visiting church and dutch palace and bought some spices and banana chips.and headed back to cochi to catch our flight to Pune with memories to cherish throughout our lives. Now a bit about TravelTriangle and Book it forget it. I would like to thank Shivam from Travel-triangle for his help and advice. And I would like to thank Adesh from Book It Forget It who helped us through out the trip to make this trip a memorable one. (I was a bit nervous at the time of booking since it was my first trip but Adesh was quite friendly and proactive , he made me very comfortable with his advice) It was a very well organised trip and we were provided whatever we were promised. So I would definitely recommend this to all my friends and looking forward to explore new destinations with you guys :)

Our trip to Kerala was well planned and executed well by Travel Triangle.The hotels were reasonably good except Pearl Palace at Kochi and Jeevan Beach resort at Kovalam which were not at par with others. Travel agents Book it forget it were very helpful and friendly. However, the driver Deepu though very well informed gave rather motivated advice regarding visiting places of interest. He also did not take our calls after learning that we had mistakenly got down at the wrong airport. It left a very bad impression about the man who refused to help senior citizens when they were stranded at the wrong airport in heavy rains.However, on the whole we are very satisfied and happy as the trip was both economical and well organised . Enjoyed houseboat experience and Kovalam beach the most. Munnar was beautiful.

Overall it was very good experience, good work by travel agents. Hotel room was bit small in size. Trawell day agent who got us visa done was not responding properly, it was the only concern I faced. Other than that everything was good. Thanks for travel triangle and Book it forget it for making a wonderful trip for us.

Thanks for arranging the trip except day 3 arrangements rest of the things are good. Can driver is very good, he guided us very well. We had a bad experience in house boat stay , food is not much quality arrangements in night as per the package were worst , I never eaten the cake like that which was served by them.i got little scared while staying in boat ,the members who are working in the boat they took the alkahals. Munnar is the best place to visit for honeymoon couples.

It was horrible experience with bookitforget travel agency.. as per their naming convention really they proved that book the tour with us and we'll forgot you... On 2nd day munnar we have booked hotel pine tree but when we reached hotel in the reception they said room is not booked. And at last moment we came to know some other hotel was booked by agent and we shifted to that hotel which was located so interior and we travelled 30 km again. The hotel room was also not in good condition. So pathetic journey on 2nd in munnar. Even we tried to calling travel triangle agent same time no has responded that time.. By the experience we gained we shouldn't pay full amount to agent.
