All the hotels were gud except houseboat. It was a nightmare. It was the worst part of the tour. Springdale Heritage was average. Nearby Location is very low scale. Stay in dream catcher in munnar was awsome.

Overall it's ok ok tour. Alleapy house boat was not good experience because the house boat is not clean. Water quality for use is bad and not visited village within boat ride. Kanyakumari tour is good trip.

Overall our kerala trip was amazingly planned and arranged by the agent whatever promised was delivered Destinations covered were really amazing specially Alleppy was really memorable. could make the payment options more clearer. itinerary of the boat could be better. driver's guidance on the whole trip was not satisfiable and could be better. the service of the staff in the resort and boat was good. overall it was a pleasant experience.

trip was good but we had two problems one with the hotel booking and second sentosa itinerary. though it has been addresses by travel agents immediately but still we had discussions with hotel reception . also did not like the city sight seeing tour. guide was very rude and uncooperative and only covered 2 points and did not allow us to enjoy the stops .overall it was ok but was not good in comparison to the last trip we had got planned from travel triangle .

In mysore we have been allotted MSR international hotel which was not a 3 star but the travel agent claimed it as a 3 star. The hotel was worst with hard bed and hard pillows. Also itinerary provided is not up to date. There are many changes that happened in real time. When there are unexpected changes, the places could have been substituted with the other ones.
