Our honeymoon trip to kerala (Cochin, Munnar and Alleppey)was remarkably memorable. I customized the trip and received as wished to. Got details of Cab on the very last moment, but we didn’t suffer for that. The cab driver Vishnu, accompanied us all the time, was likely to be a very good guide, and a very good friend as well. We got the hotels as per our itinerary. Room at pearl palace, Cochin, was good, and had no idea why people are not satisfied with the hotel. BLACK FOREST at Munnar was the best. The view from balcony was awesome. Hotel Staff's were too supportive and caring. Candle light dinner, and bed decoration was magnificently arranged by the hotel management. Buffet breakfast, and dinner was also best amongst all the hotels. Few food item were not up to the mark, viz., fish dishes. 5 Star for Black Forest. But on the contrary we got to know , BookitForgetit didnt make the full payment for Hotel Stay, even during our check-out time. However this was settled up after few calls to the BookitForgetit agent, Aadesh, and the hotel management. Our last hotel, Deshadan Backwater Resort, Alleppey, was really marvelous, but didn’t had enough time to spend due to flight timings. With all the experiences, we really cherish the moment and had a wonderful time at Kerala. The Elephant ride and our visit to Wonder Valley (amusement park), Munnar, will be kept in memory forever.

The trip was very good and really excellent experience.

Awesome trip enjoyed the serenity of the destinations and also scenic views from all properties we stayed in just a total turn of of the driver was very much adamant and was not understanding Hindi at all

Our 7 day kerala Kanyakumari trip was indeed a memorable journey for us..Hotel bookings were satisfactory with no unwanted surprises and we got rooms which were promised. However we got cab details at 11th hour which made us very anxious till trip began..Response from TT agent was also not very promising n comforting..in the end after 6 hours of follow up we got details of cab just few hours before flight takeoff n we boarded flight in peace.. Driver however didnt know hindi or english so communication was bit challenging but i think thats manageable with some extra efforts... Biggest negative was we were not told that we need to make payment to driver directly during journey which took us by surprise as we thought we need to make all payments. through TT. I think TT should make it mandatory for its travel agents/partners to share entire details of journey including cab details and direct payment if any atleast 1 day in advance so ppl can njoy without stress..overall i am satisfied with my experience with TT Elephant ride at thekkadi and backwater cruise at poover..

Have some hotel service issues but overall Awesome Trip

Driver and car provided is excellent and service by him was very good. Houseboat experience was awesome...

The trip was good. But had very bad experience when we reached Munnar. The driver was not informed about our changed hotel. He took us to Bella vista rather than taking us to hotel black forest. After a long discussion, the driver got a call from you updating him about the present hotel. The entire trip was amazing but such type of chaos is unacceptable. The best memory was with houseboat. The service provided was awesome. One more thing which I would like to add is about sherran, our driver. He was such an amiable person. We just loved his behaviour. Five star for him.

Singapore was a great location.it was great to spend 7 days there.i felt services of travel agent of a poor quality.i had to follow for tickets of Sentosa and rides.people who travelled from other travel agent had their tickets ready but I followed up with my travel agent.

Trip is good and I am having mixed feelings for same. Driver and hotels are good and responded as one can expect. Although delay in hotel bookings leads to change in hotels, which was selected during quotation comperisions. Alloted hotel in place of resort for Munnar location. Houseboat stay was also nice but meals menu should be informed earlier and should have more options. Thekkedy wildlife passes are to be booked 15 days earlier as informed by driver and same should have been informed earlier so I could have make arrangements. Please be elaborate with itinerary.

Over all my trip was excellent. Munner trip is good

Trip was good but not very good and superb. First Property Cuckmare resort in munnar that have excellent services and facility. and the second property tiger roars was ok but not excellent. and the third most waited houseboat experience was not excellent. The boat was old and their given blenket and other facilities was not excellent as i excepted. Cab and Cab Driver is Superb I Really Miss Anna. Over all trip is OK. Thanks Travel Triangle.

In Munnar Hotel room was spacious and clean, we were upgraded to deluxe suite from economy. but the problem is front desk was not responsible the cut the phone abruptly without hearing us clearly. There were no laundry service, spa and hair dryer in that chill climate. Food was below average. House boat experience was awesome. Both the capitan and chef were decent and well mannered. Food there was yummy with authentic Kerala taste. our cab driver is attentive and mindful. He guided us well by his simple English. He covered all spot as much as possible and very punctual. During house boat stay, we were landed in a small village nearby. where we purchase some fresh water prawn and crab. our chef cooked it very tasty and neat. Am so much impressed by his cooking. I won't forget this memory. Our trip was a memorable one. thank to travel triangle for making it a special one

there name suite them . Once they book my package they just took the first installment of the payment after that they never call me , everytime i need to call them and telling them my payment is pending when i have to pay. And our driver asking for the payment because they didn't confirm the payment to the driver. Even in the resort they also don't have the status of our payment.They need to work on that

Over all trip is superb. I like it very much. Please improve your cab services(he always says we have a time limit of 6pm so we don't go after 6) and house boat is also not very much good(Behaviour of boat staff). I was promised that I receive proper candle night dinner they do provide us a candle night dinner but experience of that dinner is very bad. So please improve those things. But I like over all trip.

First and foremost, the experience of booking through traveltriangle and bookitforgetit was swift. Secondly, the cab driver we had was the best selection we had. He was friendly, courteous and helped us save money while en route. Stopped at the best food outlets and we had an amazing authentic kerala style food in Kochi. He took us to a lovely spice plantation and had a lot of patience while we shopped and clicked photographs. Lastly, the house boat and the services on the house boat were by far the best stay of our package. Now coming to the sad part. Apart from our hotel in Kovalam - Abad harmonia, our stay was very uncomfortable in Thekkady and Munnar. Springdale heritage is Thekkady rates itself as a 4.5 star hotel however services, room quality, food was horrible. We had to escalate to the General Manager after which they realized there mistakes and gave us quality food in the end. Atleast they apologized to us the next day for their services and offered us cookies and cakes as compensation. Dream catcher plantation in Munnar didn't even do that. Apart from few staff members, all were unfriendly, unhelpful. Stinking bathrooms, damp rooms, low light and basically very bad room service including food. Location of dream catcher is 22kms away from Munnar city which takes FOREVER to reach on the hills. Abad Harmonia in Kovalam was the best 3 star hotel which was part of our package. We had rooms with great view of the swimming pool. Food and room service was exceptionally brilliant.
