Overall a well organized trip by Bookitforgetit. Pickup happened always on time and drivers were very friendly. Obliged for our request to pickup late on one day. Issue we faced - no Wi-Fi at hotel Suggestions for improvement - Universal studio could have been booked on a weekday for lesser queue, Same driver & vehicle for all days. Revenge of the mummy roller coaster ride at Universal Studios!

I told travel triangle that I have 8 days to spend in Kerala, They didn't help me with the proper plan, what I suggested simply they did. Ideally they should tell us that this many day here and that many days there. I felt like I had an extra day in Kovalam and less time in Thekkady. Also, in Thekkady, Agency should have arranged the ticket for boating.

Size of hotel is very small Driver way of speaking and attitude is not good Waiting time is very much for driver. Cruise experience is good No variety for Breakfast at hotel

Everything was good

Every thing was excellent except Boat house. Our travel agent must have informed us about boat house timings I.e. where n when it will stop for night stay and what are options there during that time, this was missing. Otherwise everything and plan prepared by him was excellent. I will not suggest any one for House boat stay, n if u they wanna do, they must book shared house boat where they shall be having someone to talk, as the place they stop is not good for this kind of open house boat where nothing is there in room, even lights are not proper, TV is in open area, where there r lot of mosquitoes Munnar second day at Wonder valley n Ervakulum national park and visit to Povar. All credit to our Driver.

I will Start with the Positive feedback: 1) Driver (Ajith) was very helpful and nice human being. I am giving 5 star to him. 2) Hotel in Munnar was good. Services and staffs were very good. 3) Houseboat in Alleppey experience was very awesome. Enjoyed a lot. Thanks for all the arrangements as per the itinerary. 4) Overall trip was good. Negative feedback: 1) BookItForgetIt had not given the hotels as per the quotation. 2) Before making the payment, they were very nice and keep calling me about the trip and all. After done with the payment, not even once they called and asked about our trip. 3) Hot water supply was not working in all hotels.

Hi Pankaj, It was a very good experience in kerela. Thanx to travel triangle for making the trip so awesome. Only issue was in munnar, with the hotel. There facility was not so good apart from that it was an very nice exeperience for me. Looking for next trip in Goa from travel triangle. Thanx to sahil also, who made this possible.

This is my 1 st trip in india with my wife.. the trip was really amazing we enjoyed alot..if you arrange some indoor games chess or carums in aleppy boat they people will not get bored.

Hotel ooms were not Upto mark. At Munnar in hill station with freezing temperature. Hot water supply was not working to our room. Some how hotel management gave us a suit room upon request for the issue. Still again the same problem arises. We were two families and my brother was forced to have bath at other room at ground floor. Some had other rooms which are empty to take shower. During our stay we kept on moving to other rooms for hot water. Pathetic condition and food was also bad. Ordered Fried Rice and they served biryani (which they do not know how to cook properly). Munnar sight seeing. Excellent tea plantation views, Cheyyappara water falls and Athirappily water falls are so stunning. Cab driver is friendly and good.

the cab driver details were not shared before the start of the trip. nobody showed up to receive when we reached, agent didn't receive our calls , had to wait for three hours at the airport before the driver finally showed up . Driver was good and the trip was good overall
