Book It Forget It

Hotel ooms were not Upto mark. At Munnar in hill station with freezing temperature. Hot water supply was not working to our room. Some how hotel management gave us a suit room upon request for the issue. Still again the same problem arises. We were two families and my brother was forced to have bath at other room at ground floor. Some had other rooms which are empty to take shower. During our stay we kept on moving to other rooms for hot water. Pathetic condition and food was also bad. Ordered Fried Rice and they served biryani (which they do not know how to cook properly). Munnar sight seeing. Excellent tea plantation views, Cheyyappara water falls and Athirappily water falls are so stunning. Cab driver is friendly and good.

the cab driver details were not shared before the start of the trip. nobody showed up to receive when we reached, agent didn't receive our calls , had to wait for three hours at the airport before the driver finally showed up . Driver was good and the trip was good overall

Everything , starting from the booking and planning of the trip till the end was a seamless experience for me. All the day tours were organised properly and the itinerary was given keeping customer's satisfaction in mind. The team was constantly in touch and any queries were addressed immediately. Great work team. Keep it up. :) Singapore is a beautiful place , so are the people there. Even as a solo female traveller, I faced absolutely no problem in roaming around the city. My favorites include gardens by the bay, universal studios and SEA Aquarium. A walk around the marina bay area and merlion park in the evening offers splendid views of the Singapore skyline and should not be missed. The tour guide, Sam was extremely helpful and gave a lot of inputs on where to eat and go shopping. Overall it was a delightful experience. :)

we have visited Kerala for our honeymoon .. memorable experience has loads of fun luxurious hotel stay at cukemere in Munnar awesome and homely food with different quisene options cab driver was so helpful

I was promised complimentary candle light dinner for one night in my package and it was never arranged and not even spoken abt by my travel agent. There is a communicaton gap between the vendors i suppose.

Flight- meal preference was not given by the agent.... Airlines carry limited pure veg.... After reaching Singapore the trip was organized well. Cab staff was good...punctual. City tour except for the guide is not worth spending half a day Hotel was just good.... I had only booked cab for 7 days. Car was good. Driver Sujeesh was very nice, informative and polite. Full points for that. I cut down a star from bookitforgetit bcoz i had specially mentioned Hindi speaking driver, however driver could understand but not speak hindi. Fortunately one of my family members could explain to him in English. Also he was very nice so it worked out well in the end. But this was a serious lapse on agency's planning part. Munnar and Poovar island were the best.

Wht a beautiful n breathtaking experience, hotels, food, cab driver (sanil very nice guy), house boat experience was awesome, but d water was vry dirty black in colour.... Thank u book it or forget It n travel triangle..

travel guy promised me that there will be honeymoom inclusions in House Boat but no inclusions are made,, and the house boat also not up to the mark they said it is so so
