hparaj Grand ,Rudraprayag were the only hotels which were Deluxe. The hotel in Uttarkashi (namely) Shiv Ganga View was pathetic, not even a 2-star hotel, the room rates were INR 1400 for 3 people as displayed on the hotel reception. The food was bad, rooms were stinking, no geyser, window glass were broken and lastly there were rats. I complained to the agency about the hotel and to change it but lame excuses like we did not receive your message were given. However there was slight improvement in the services on the 2nd day. About Hotel Devbhoomi and Gujarat Bhavan, room were average but the hotel staff was very helpful. The cab driver was decent.The trip could have been planned better, a day or two could have been reduced if the hotel allocation was done correctly. I had paid 50% of the trip cost at the start still the agent called me to pay some amount to the hotel or cash to the driver randomly, there was lack of professionalism. Service was not great as compared to the payment.I would not like to plan a trip with Mahadev Travels again.Uttarakhand is beautiful with its mountains, clean rivers, snow clad mountains and dense forests. The scenic beauty of the place is amazing. Our stay at Ganga Resort was good, we enjoyed it. One must visit Lakhamandal, Chopta, Gopeshwar Temple on the way.

They had been very good support and had always taken follow up. I have recommended to more people about travel triangle. When our helicopter booking was cancelled on go chopper in the last minute, Mahadev travels owner Mr Sanjay had personally involved and booked another helicopter without any disturbance in our plan. We look forward for future trips through travel triangle and Mahadev tours and travels.The best hotel was ganga resort on the way to Badrinath. It was pure organic food. The great ganga hotel I will rate second at uttarkashi. The driver rajinish was excellent. He was very polite and humble. Thank you once again for wonderful arrangements and frequent follow up actions.

driver was pathetic...Had no sense of how to behave like a human. Overall experience was good, as all is well that ends well. Full marks to ganga Resort and its owners...Great resort and great people.

s of Uttarkashi and Sitapur doesn't provided breakfast which was included in the MAP plan.The behavior of the agent is very cooperative.The vehicle and driver was Excellent food was nice at Haridwar and Badrinath. Through out the journey he tried to make our tour comfortable.
