Overall the trip was ok. The sightseeing were good and the drivers who came to pick us up were good. The only thing which was bad were the hotel staff at the Krabi and Ambassador hotel in Bangkok...
. We had to carry our own luggage at Krabi hotel and the reception staff was kinda rude. I could not even have my breakfast at Ambassador as there were too many people at one time. The manager shooed away the people who were standing in line for food as soon as it was 10 am. They should have been a little more compassionate considering that people were waiting for 15 min for a cup of coffee. Never would I recommend there two hotels Centra and Ambassador to anyone.

llent. I never faced any problem during my whole trip. The only drawback was that I had to pay for many local activities which we thought would be included in the package. But it is understandable that in order to make the lowest quote many things may not have been mentioned. But since I was prepared with contingency funds, I could manage.
