Travel agent only interested in money. Had no respect for customer complaint. Hotel provided dfferent from one chosen. Hotel service poor and dinner provided absolutely Below standard. Hotel even charges for water in a candle light dinner. Food was cold.bland and grilled fish hard and uneatable. Overall experience not pleasant.

The trip was very well organised by Ms. Rashmi. The timely response and information from her helped us plan our trip with ease. Our chauffeur (Mr. Asela) helped us feel comfortable in every possible way during the trip. Overall, from the Agents/Chauffeur perspective it was very well organised. Oak Ray: The food was good but the room lacked basic amenities. White Villa: The hotel was good but very limited options if you are vegetarian. It would be great if you can publish estimate for the activities as well in advance. For example whale watching and water sports.

More than any of the pristine beaches and wonderful hills of Sri Lanka it's the hospitality of the people that's going to stay with me for a long time. this was wonderfully exemplified by Mr Dankan. It was a well organized trip I would quote... The Sri Lankan representative 'Rashmi'was really a nice and cordial person, who did her best to help us in making our honeymoon trip a memorable trip. The chauffer 'Alex' aligned with us a jolly person and he made sure that we have a safe and pleasant drive throughout our journey.. Vegetarian food options could have been better though...

Tour planned not as per our requirement Two hotels were below average and as per our requirement Initially no tour guide was provided We have to pay extra for guides at historical places Balance money to be paid intimation was not sent in advance. We had much difficulty in arranging the cash payment In spite of our request to provide extra day for sightseeing at Nuwara Eliya , it was provided at Ella with no places of interest only to earn extra profit by providing substandard hotel at Ella. The cheapest amongst all hotels provided. Two hotels provided were not as per original offer none at Ella is amongst one with stinking bathroom Only the driver cooperation

We had a great trip to Srilanka baring unexpected rain on Thrid day in Nuwara Eliya. Special mention to Chauffeur Mr. Dankan who was polite, helpful and extremely supportive during this trip. I will give one additional point to Boomlanka to have Ms.rashmi as one of their key member. All hotel stay were good, especially out stay at Ypsylon resort Beruwala provides wifi only in the lobby not in the room. . The only feedback I have for Boomlanka & Travel Triangle is while doing the planning, the entry fees & other exclusions for sightseeing which are mentioned under exclusion, they should provide a rough estimate (if not in detail) of how much it will cost us more after paying for the planned trip and when customer asked something which was not sure, i would request boomlanka team to provide better suggestion to make the trip more fruitfull . This will help us to plan in better way on monetary basis. Anyway, overall trip was good and will plan again to visit Srilanka to explore the places which we missed during this trip. And a big thanks to Ms.Divya seth from travel traingle team for making this trip happen, she has been very supportive and fast in response for every request.

We had a memorable trip to sri lanka. Boom Lanka services require special mention. They did it in a very professional manner and they had taken utmost care to see our comfort. The overall trip was good. However some hotels like hasara resort did not have basic amenities in room and the staff were not friendly. Food option for vegetarian travellers is very bad.

I traveled alone with the chauffeur/guide. This was very nice as we could talk along the way and he told alot about the culture and habits. For me very good as i am European. Before i left, the booking went very smoothly. I liked the fact that i could whatsapp with Rashmi; she answered very quickly and accurate to my questions. All was arranged before i knew it. Thanks for this! It was good that i could do this trip in only one week; i did not have more time. During the trip i saw the most amazing country side. There was lots to do and see. The itinerary was divers. Loved it. Love your country. Will certainly come back one day and travel with Boomlanka again!
