Hospitality good, the driver Mr Dankan was very cooperative and helpful however the hotels provided were not up to the mark except Ramboda falls hotel and gsh hotel Colombo which are actually 3* hotel the food at these hotel were also very delicious. Hotels at Bentota and Kandy are not even 1* and the food was without any choice we bear it anyhow. I feel that 6 days 5 nights are less for Sri Lanka trip because travel from one place to another takes much time and consumes almost the whole day. Nuwara Eliya is very good hill station having water sports in the lake, eye catching and relaxing scenic beauty, Ramboda falls, beautiful site seeing and pilgrimage at least two full days are required to enjoy there. Sea beach bentota and boat ride in Mandu river are memorable.

Sri Lanka is a wonderful place to visit, although traveled probably a little too much, due to roads it always takes much longer, however Dankan our driver was excellent as were the wonderful people of Sri Lanka. We especially liked Nuwara Eliya, turtles, beaches, train ride and our companion and driver Dankan.

We had a great trip. some hotels could have been better but the service given by the travel agent was very good.

We know that value of the trip is a driving point so if you want your trip be memorable, choose good hotels as a few of ours weren't great, if you have 3 adults book 2 rooms as we have bulk bed for our son which was a disaster. You need good rest after so much travelling and your travel agent should know about it and advise. My 31 y.o. son had a back pain at the end. Some of the hotels did not have even basics i.e. enough toiletries, no wi-fi and tv programs in English on that day we stayed in at all.Bad smell coming from bathroom and food in that same hotel(Glenfall reach) was absolutely terrible both breakfast and dinner, absolute waste of money. These things could be eliminated if travel agent did some more research when choosing who to work with as these things make a good comfortable trip to the Western people. I would rather to pay a little bit more and have good memories rather than to have a blame on agent afterwords. We occurred a lot of unnecessary entry tickets charges, for example, on elephant orphanages and if we were advised only to go to see them bathing we would prefer to do that, 13500 slr were spent for no reason. It is better to do one or another, believe me. We liked our trip to Sri Lanka, especially trip to the Lion Rock in Sigiriya. Bentota beach was lovely.

The Hotel emerald we had received very good service .But the coco royal beach manager has very bad altitude like not allowed to enter the pool,while Europeans was in the swimming pool . I mailed to travel agents but no response for that mail. No fitness center in that hotel but they mentioned they have it. No wifi in the rooms .

Mr Sasith & our chauffeur Mr Dankan made our trip memorable. Boom Lanka delivered what was mentioned in the itinerary. All the hotels were well arranged esp in bentota & nuwara eliya, the view was mesmerizing. apart from few issues like WiFi access or power outage sometimes everything was well looked after. The van arranged was big and spacious with a smiley and friendly chauffeur Mr Dankan. please ask for him whenever you opt for travelling with boom Lanka. 5 stars for him. must visit is nuwara eliya - waterfall resort. the view of the valley from there is simply awesome. the palms in bentota has an awesome beach resort with all amenities. enjoyed water sports like jet skiing, wake boarding and river rafting. avoid dolphin and whale watching as the trip involves 5 hrs of slow boat ride in the sea which makes u sick for a 5 min of excitement of seeing whale and dolphins in their natural habitat.

Thank you for making it so easy, simple, and straightforward. We wanted a service, and you quoted us a price...without endless back-and-forth and upselling and services we didn't want. Nice and easy, no hassles. Thanks! My husband and I enjoyed our 4 day trip to Sri Lanka. We were met at the airport with a little delay. The car was a clean Toyota sedan, with enough room for two people. Our driver seemed like a very nice and polite guy and he aimed to please, but stating that he was English speaking was a big exaggeration. Communication was challenging, we had to repeat simplest things like, asking to stop for a snack or a toilet break multiple times. So, if you have 4G on your phone and know where you want to see, you are ok. Do not expect any advise or guidance from the driver.

The arrangement was good and we really enjoyed the trip.
