It was a very pleasant experience. This is the first time we've done such a tour through the web. It was great. The important thing to remember is when the budget is tight, there will be some unplanned challenges. In our case, we had one, and Boom Travel responded very professionally and expeditiously. Travel Triangle, Boom Travel staff (particularly Sasith) and the Chauffeur (Lakmal) were excellent.
