- fielding our endless questions, offering suggestions and alternatives and just being available on call and ping whenever we needed to discuss the nitty gritties of our package.The arrangements including the hotel, airport pick & drop and sight-seeing was beyond our expectation. We were particularly impressed with the punctuality & courtesy of the drivers; we were bowled over by the guides (Sarfaraz & Adrian) who were knowledgeable & friendly and shared information in an easy conversational style that held our attention.Overall, we are very satisfied with Travel Explorers and look forward to creating many more happy memories because of them.

There was some confusion in the hotel booking - we had booked earlier in Lotus Grand and then changed to Royal Ascot Hotel Apartment, our cab driver was not updated with the latest hotel and he t...
ook us to Lotus Grand , we had to waste a lot of time inthat.Everything else went well except for the Abudhabi tour, the coach didnt arrive till 9am- pickup time was 8am, when we called the local customer care no. He said that ghe coach arrived but couldn't find us at the hotel so they already left to Abudhabi, i had to clarify which hotel they went and later came to know that they went Royal Ascot Hotel and not to Royal Ascot Hotel Apartment where we stayed, the we had to take a cab and reach half the way where the coach was stopped, luckily the guide paid the taxi fare Dinners provided at Dhow cruise and Desert Safari were not good, should improve the quality Dubai City Tour and Abudhabi ferrari world.

We asked for marina dhow cruise and received dhow cruise :( Also we asked for 5 pm at burj khalifa to see the sunset but there we came to know its 7 pm slot booked for us :(Good place for family...

The package was customised according to our will. However, few of the services were not upto mark..eg we asked for marina dhow cruise but agent arranged dhow cruise and we missed dubai marine ...
view. Also we requested for early evening slot at burj khalifa but only after reaching there we came to know that our slot is late and we wasted our time and missed the day view from burj khalifa.Dubai is very well developed place and we loved desert safari, ferrari world
