we appreciate that you have provided very good ratings for our cab and driver service. Shobhit brought into our account that post trip when he asked for feedback you briefed him the service by houseboat vendor including inclusions was not up to the mark. We sincerely regret that. But we had made complete transfer to houseboat vendor for all services we promised before we came to know about it. We would've definitely asked the vendor to comply if any message would have reached in time.

Nice trip. Very good coordination from the cab driver. He was helpful from the time of pick up till drop.Munnar stay at Great Escapes Resort was the best.

My honeymoon trip was very awesome. Hotels were very nice. However last moment modification in house boat spoiled the trip a bit. it was in very bad condition. travel agent khushboo is caring and...
took care of our trip. Cab was great but driver knew Hindi and English very little which complicated our communication. Overall experience was awesome.
