It was a wonderful experience travelling through the package provided by you to Nainital.. Everything was perfect and worth the amount paid... Including the drive, the hotel ROYAL ROSETTE BHEEMTAL DELUX, the coordinator NEELAM..And also as we all were just females.. We felt so safe with driver Sarabjit Singh and also the hotel staff.. . Will definelty go for another trips through you. Thanks Amarjeet kaur.

Everything was very good as said. Just a bit of communication gap between the agent and the hotel.

i m bit upset with travel agent bcz they didn’t meet me at any location at least they meet me at any location.Next problem is with cab driver bcz on the hill he drive fast and it will risky for traveller so we are in fear while hill travel so plz improve this all hotels are excellent and Parijat Retreat is one of the best hotel and memorable in our trip.

Total trip very nice,Missouri hotel not good,service also not good. Jim Corbett service and hotel excellent..nainithal good.driver and cab excellent.thank u River rafting in gangs river and ,para sailing in nainithal

It was badly organised trip by Trip Sailor. From day one of our trip we have to face many issues with regard to driver and resort. I have travelled a lot at many places in India through many tour agents, but Trip Sailor has badly ruined our trip to Goa. Nothing was arranged by Trip Sailor. Worst ever experience.

Overall a pleasent journey... But the travel agent I selected is not up to the mark. TripSailor, you guys need to improve. They didn't pay to hotel and at last I end up paying 2k. The Travel agents didn't event pick my call. The whole journey went well bcoz of the driver and the hotels I selected. Best was the Auli days.

Overall trip was awesome. Enjoyed a lot. Hotel in Pelling was not as per expectation. We didn't like the food which was served at the hotel. We were disappointed on the 2nd day of the tour on the way to Tsongo lake as the driver did not carry the required documents due to which we wasted 2-3 hours of time because of that we were not able to enjoy the snow. We tried reaching the transport company, trip sailer team, travel triangle. We got a harsh response from the Trip sailer team. We were on the ground but the team was not listening to what we told. That's the only disappointment in the whole trip.

Agent is Cheater, Nikita is very soft talking till booking after booking shows real face, very rude. After 10 days also proper invoice not received, travel triangle also not supporting to get the same after so much followup

it is good for the trip and also good for arranging the travel and enjoy them during the travel and enjoy the trip of the tour.

I would suggest lesser travel to enjoy the stay i.e. local sight seeing is ok but don't try to cover multiple cities. The drivers are good and friendly but all the points in the itinerary were not covered. its better to select hotels and arrange transport on your own. the hotel at gangtok chas narayani continental food was good, but the service was not available from 10 PM to 7 am which was not informed prior. The waste baggage were lying on the staircase and dirty water flowing on the kitchen floor. could not visit baba mandir but tsango lake was nice. In darjeeling zoo and HMI was closed. trip advisor could have told earlier or changed the itinerary accordingly. The first time visitor depends mainly on trip agent. snow at tsango lake, buddha park at Ravangla and Skywalker at pelling, ropeway at darjeeling...
