Excellent and trip was very memorable. The Jaisalmer hotel was pathetic, no food no room service nothing.

Satisfied with the service, will appreciate if there is more improvement in time management while travelling from one location to another. Shimla, Manali and Dalhousie

Jaipur hotel was near to bus stand which resulted in sleepless nights due to sound and horns. rest was good Driver, swift response from travels

Driver guide us which place he know, not that written in our quote. Day 1 he took us to the place where additional charges we have to pay. But the driver mr Suresh is a very good person, punctual, trust worthy. Best place we found is munnar. One of the best place I ever visited next to andaman. The site seen is amazing. Travelling with jeep on the offhighway road one of the best experience we have. Very experienced driver , so thrilling road. Next allepie boat house . Very good experience in boat house and site seen are amazing. Kovalam beach not up to the mark. Only that beach we visited and some local market.

management of the travel agent aman chaudhry was poor. one of the hotels mentioned in our itenary was not booked. after reaching the hotel we wer informed that we will have to select alternate options nearby. house boat condition was pathetic with having clenliness and ac problems. it was suppose to be an ac premium boat but both the ac's stopped working within 15 mins of starting the boat trip. Aman tried to help everywhere and was in proper contact but he should have taken care of the hotel bookings and his vendors services prior we reach there and start our trip. if his vendors cheat him thats his lookout but our time got wasted and ultimately we had to take our house boat money refund and cancell booking with the river land boating guys. we didnt get house boat experience because of this problem. it was because of aman chaudhry i got my 100 percent refund in allepy. he tried to help wherever he could but at times things wer out of his control for which he should have done proper planning and double check things in advance. sieght seeing was good. driver was very friendly and a very good driver. he was always on time. kovalam beach and stay was the best.

This was my first trip to North east and everything was very well managed by Vijya - our trip consultant. She has desigened very smooth package and arranged every bits and pieces very neatly. We have enjoyed the whole trip very much just because of Vijya. She was helpful and attentive at every point. I am definitely planning my next trip with Travel Triangle.

Overall NOT satisfied with the services. Driver reached late at the airport to pick us up. Car was shabby which picked us up. When I reached hotel I was surprised to get the ground floor room while the day before Agent Mona had confirmed that I will get a balcony room on first floor. When I called back, Mona was not reachable... After 15 mins tussle Mona asked me to adjust on my honeymoon and take the room while she will get my room changed on other days. In 4 days she couldn't do so despite me asking again and again. Her words " Sir , I am 200% sure you have a room on first floor". But her words were 500% wrong. At crucial moments her phone would not be reachable during the trip and she would reply back on WhatsApp late. I had 102 fever during the stay and wanted to postpone the cruise but she offered and refund for cruise instead. Hotel overall is good. Clean. It has very nice food. I booked can from hotel to hospital , hotel took 2-3 hours to book a cab for me and cab was charging 3000 for a 20km up and down trip. I recommend don't take cab from the hotel. There are many taxi stands nearby , they charge a lot lesser. Only 800 for same trip. Hotel is near the beach and that's the biggest plus. Night time you can sit at the beach and have this places food. Morning breakfast is also very good. Service and staff of the hotel is also great. But I am not happy with the service agency. I asked for the refund for one day since I cancelled North Goa tour due to fever, I am yet to get the reply from the agent.

Improve pre information in time to visitor like going to doodhsagar, tripiland, north goa, south goa. Trip island visit

I had taken package of Uttarakhand from Travel Triangle Delhi - Nainital - Ranikhet - Jim Corbett - Delhi. Everything was good really enjoyed the trip. Our cab driver was very friendly and helpful. All hotels were good except Parijat Retreat at Ranikhet. I suggest travel triangle to avoid Parijat Retreat hotel in their package, they don't provide enough hot water for bathing and rooms were also not good. My other hotels Royal Rosette and Corbett View Resort was very good. Another suggestion from my side is to also provide food and accommodation to driver which you have hired for trip. Our Driver slept in car at Ranikhet in temperature 4 degree outside. And also paid for his food at Corbett View Resort. Nainital Boating, Jim Corbett Safari
