Overall NOT satisfied with the services. Driver reached late at the airport to pick us up. Car was shabby which picked us up. When I reached hotel I was surprised to get the ground floor room while the day before Agent Mona had confirmed that I will get a balcony room on first floor. When I called back, Mona was not reachable... After 15 mins tussle Mona asked me to adjust on my honeymoon and take the room while she will get my room changed on other days. In 4 days she couldn't do so despite me asking again and again. Her words " Sir , I am 200% sure you have a room on first floor". But her words were 500% wrong. At crucial moments her phone would not be reachable during the trip and she would reply back on WhatsApp late. I had 102 fever during the stay and wanted to postpone the cruise but she offered and refund for cruise instead. Hotel overall is good. Clean. It has very nice food. I booked can from hotel to hospital , hotel took 2-3 hours to book a cab for me and cab was charging 3000 for a 20km up and down trip. I recommend don't take cab from the hotel. There are many taxi stands nearby , they charge a lot lesser. Only 800 for same trip. Hotel is near the beach and that's the biggest plus. Night time you can sit at the beach and have this places food. Morning breakfast is also very good. Service and staff of the hotel is also great. But I am not happy with the service agency. I asked for the refund for one day since I cancelled North Goa tour due to fever, I am yet to get the reply from the agent.
