Overall trip was awesome. Enjoyed a lot. Hotel in Pelling was not as per expectation. We didn't like the food which was served at the hotel. We were disappointed on the 2nd day of the tour on the way to Tsongo lake as the driver did not carry the required documents due to which we wasted 2-3 hours of time because of that we were not able to enjoy the snow. We tried reaching the transport company, trip sailer team, travel triangle. We got a harsh response from the Trip sailer team. We were on the ground but the team was not listening to what we told. That's the only disappointment in the whole trip.

Agent is Cheater, Nikita is very soft talking till booking after booking shows real face, very rude. After 10 days also proper invoice not received, travel triangle also not supporting to get the same after so much followup

it is good for the trip and also good for arranging the travel and enjoy them during the travel and enjoy the trip of the tour.

I would suggest lesser travel to enjoy the stay i.e. local sight seeing is ok but don't try to cover multiple cities. The drivers are good and friendly but all the points in the itinerary were not covered. its better to select hotels and arrange transport on your own. the hotel at gangtok chas narayani continental food was good, but the service was not available from 10 PM to 7 am which was not informed prior. The waste baggage were lying on the staircase and dirty water flowing on the kitchen floor. could not visit baba mandir but tsango lake was nice. In darjeeling zoo and HMI was closed. trip advisor could have told earlier or changed the itinerary accordingly. The first time visitor depends mainly on trip agent. snow at tsango lake, buddha park at Ravangla and Skywalker at pelling, ropeway at darjeeling...

Hotel was not very clean but the food and service was good. Cab service was the worst part of the trip. Agent and Trip sailor was friendly and their service was good. We did not cover all places mentioned in the itinerary since there was not much cooperation from the cab service. Travel agents, they are helpful.

Little dissatisfied over the food and water supply at hotel sweet home. But their dealing is extremely well. Local sightseeing should not be there at your iteranary. Staying at Corbett national park in a purely natural atmosphere. cave garden at Nainital. Girija temple at Rampur. At last Ali ji as driver and a reliable companion.

The hotel service was absolutely great. But the major attractions of the tour was spoiled by the agent as they cheated by not organising proper safari for Jim Corbett. It should be of bijlani, dhikala or dhela range whereas they provided it of sitamani range which was of no use. Also I had to follow up with the agent the day before of safari, they just forget to organise my safari, I had to even followup with the local agent of safari provider. I highly recommend not use services of this tour operator. Organising safari on my own even after booking it before 45 days.

Overall it was a good trip, except days are not aligned according to itinerary, 1st day there was no sight seen due to Holi, Tripsailer have to taken care of this.

Hotels were pretty good. Food was nice at Kasauli exotica but there were issues with the heater during the stay. Even after multiple request for a good driver who has proper knowledge of the areas the assigned driver was not at all assitive or helpful. Ruined the Shimla trip. As per him there was no proper intimation by Tripsailor, not sure whom to blame.

Superb Trip, awesome experience the hotels and the cab provided to us was awesome. Prabha the consultant from TripSailer.com was the best, she helped me in customizing the best itinerary. Kudos to the entire TripSailer.com team also, Mr. Shaurya Singh was kind enough, in understanding and helping out for making our honeymoon the best. Thanks a lot!!!
