Hotel in Shimla was not good Apline Hillden Food service was not good also clealiness near food was not good. Also hotel Staff is very slow and dont give response fast and no Hot water,,,, where u confirm 24/7 hot water avaliable, 3 days we have to bath in Cold water in shimla under 5'c .... Hope u understand this,... We made them complain so many times but still there was not hot water avaliable in our room. Hotel in Manali was perfect and food was very nice also the hotel service was best there with best staff. Hotel in amritsar was also good.

Good Toy train ride

It was overall OK. I would like to recommend that the agent give a better and clear instructions to the customers.Also,there should be better communication between the customer and the agency. There are so many miscommunication and misunderstandings. I hope there is no such things like "Sorry ma'am i forgot to inform you that.... Such.. Such... "

this is my Nth tour with travel triangle and my 3rd trip with TripSailer. To be very honest i was very satisfied with a trip with tripsailer before and never even considered anyone else. But the hotels were not that good. The homestay in auli didnt have proper doors that closed, i had asked for a romantic dinner and that was promised and paid for but did not happen. When after the trip i asked for the same, they said there was some lack of communication and they will give the money back. but it has been almost a month from the trip and we still do not have the money back. repeated communication trial with the travel agency has failed and they are just deliberately not replying to any calls or messages right now.

Trip was good. Hotels were nice and at beautiful location but food was average in one hotel. Candle light dinner and hotel sun n snow. Snow in mussoorie and swimming pool in Jim corbet resort

need more support from agent and helpline to resolve problems in emergency time khajjiar was best place

Overall Trip was nice. Hotels were good. Jim Corbett Treat Resort need to improve the food quality. We faced problem in nainital as 27 seater Bus isnot allowed to enter the Toll in nainital. So we need to hire private taxis for local sight seeing in nainital. We have seen the snowfall in Nainital.

We liked the personalised attention given for the Rajasthan tour and also fulfilment of last minutes requirements by trip advisor. Costing was genuine and justified. Udaipur is undoubtedly the place for leisure. Lake facing hotel was the best part.

Awesum trip...evrything is well planned nd perfect...thanks to mr jegender our travel agent...he planned our trip in most budget price woth all facilities..

Trip was not properly planned and the travel time was more than expected driver took lots of breaks while driving from delhi to manali and in estimation they have given as 12 hours time and it took 19 hours for us to reach which we were too tierd and one whole day is wasted. Driver is refused to take to one place manikaran and even agent said it is not possible to take us , if it is not possible why should they even plan to cover that places.Driver was not at all supportive and he use to make faces if we ask him to cover some place which was mentioned in package. I felt planning is very bad coordination is bad and they said that they will talk about refunding my money and then they did not get back to me. I suggest not to take trip saler. Only hotel was good except that nothing was good.

It was a good trip from Trip Sailor. But the room was of average quality. Cab was late on last day even after reminding the concerned person.
