Enjoyed the Trip, as hotel was chosen from my side I’ll request team not to recommend the Rahi coral beach resort. This is the oldest property of Rahi which need to be maintained.

It was awesome experience with you guys. Loved every bit of this trip. Specifically, Neelam, my co-ordinator was excellent with her part. She responded each and every time I reached with any queries. One more person, my cab driver, sonu ji, who was with me throughout the tour, was so so much helpful. Love you guys. Keep it up.

REGRET LATER OR READ THE BELOW INCIDENT BEFORE BOOKING WITH TRIP SAILER... I booked a trip to Vrindavan and Agra for my parents from Trip Sailer and Nikhil was our point of contact. He was very convincing and well behaved as well and I had requested him at least 5-6 times that I want a very knowledgeable, soft-spoken and well-behaved driver because both my parents are Senior citizens and they can't walk much. So pls pls make sure you give them an excellent driver. He assured me of that many times too then only I decided to book with them. They first went to Fatehpur Sikri and the distance to Agra is roughly 40Km or 1 hour but now coming to this Driver, he took more than 2.5 hours to reach Agra, he didn't even go on the highway but took an interior route from small streets and completely filled with traffic, and on top of that he started arguing with my dad that this is the only way to Agra there is no highway which is a big fat lie. Now on arriving at the hotel, this driver says he needs to leave for a marriage function and he can't take them out for Dinner tonight, which we have already agreed with Nikhil and had it in writing that this driver will be taking them for dinner at night when they call him, but still he insisted that he can't come and has to leave immediately. My mother told him to go if he has to but be present tomorrow morning at 6:00 A.M because they arrived so late today(thanks to the route he took) they couldn't visit Taj Mahal and wanted to go in the morning hours. In the evening I called Nikhil and explained to him all this has happened, He didn't say anything and told me he'll call me back in 10 mins. An hour past and still I didn't get any call from Nikhil, then I texted him that I am still waiting to hear back from you and then he called me and he took his transport team on call and they both gave me their word that the driver will be there 100% in the morning at 6:00 A.M. Now coming to the Morning, my parents were ready by 6:00 A.M and waited for him at the reception but it was 6:20 and nobody came, then my father called him and he said he'll come in 10 mins. It was 6:40 now and still he didn't come and then again he called and he said he's on the way and then it was 7:00 but still no sign of him. Then he stopped attending my parents call altogether and the hotel reception told that they can arrange a cab for them because it was already 7:30 and they were 2 elderly people sitting at the reception in the cold for the last 1:30 hours. The reception tried to get in touch with the driver one last time, he picked their call and told that he is on the way, it was 8:00 now and my mother called me and told me that this was happening and the driver didn't show up. I lost my mind completely and called up Nikhil twice but he didn't answer the call, then I called the driver's Manager he attended the call and he was so casual that don't worry he'll come like it's normal that the clients have to wait 2 hours for the driver to come. He was no help nor good. Finally, the driver showed up at 8:15 A.M and took them to Taj Mahal and took them to the wrong gate, that stupid useless moron didn't even know which gate the entry is from. My parents asked him to look for an Auto or E-rickshaw but he just got out of the car and started talking on his phone and they themselves had to walk so much and find one. After Taj Mahal they asked him to take to the Mehtab Garden, he had no clue where that was. They somehow managed to get the day over with him and he dropped them at the Railway Station in the evening and it was good riddance from him. The next day I told Nikhil that all this has happened with my parents and you assured me that we will give you the best driver and he will definitely be on time and he knows the route inside out. Nikhhil told me to give him half an hour and let him talk to his transport team and get the things sorted out and he'll get the driver suspended and will not work with that Taxi vendor in future, but as you can guess by now I didn't get a single return call from him giving an update on what he has done or even if he has actually done something or those were just plain lying like all the ones before. BOTTOMLINE --- My Experience with Trip Sailer was HORRIFIC and PATHETIC beyond words, they don't honor their word and they will say anything and everything to you for getting the deal closed but after that, no one gives a damn about you oy your Family...

It was badly organised trip by Trip Sailor. From day one of our trip we have to face many issues with regard to driver and resort. I have travelled a lot at many places in India through many tour agents, but Trip Sailor has badly ruined our trip to Goa. Nothing was arranged by Trip Sailor. Worst ever experience.

This was my first trip and everything was very well arranged by Dimple "Our Trip Agent Consultant". she designed my trip very welled. Only there was one issue i faced that was our booked hotel was very far from the local market and because of that our most of the time was wasted in travelling otherwise We have enjoyed the whole trip very much. Specially thanks to "Dimple", She was helpful at every point. If in future,I will think about trip ,I will give the first priority to Travel Triangle. "Vishnu Kumar was also very helpful at every point. He helped me out at every point from start to end my trip."

We found insects in tree house and rabbit in boat house. Tiger roar hotel is good.overall experience is so so.

Overall experience was good. Only before start of the trip travel triangle agent Ms Ankita Sinha never responded to my call. She immediately switches off her phone. I suggest please do not get in coordination with ms Ankita Sinha as at the start of the trip she will not respond to any of your call. Manali hotel service was good. Only device of the Shimla hotel name hotel applyn is not good. Also please send the itienary to driver before start of your trip. As he will say that this places are not considered in trips when the trip starts. Shimla Kufri Manali Solang Valley
